Great and clean. Everything seems to be in place. In and out and back on 20 in a min.

This pharmacy used to be top notch. In the past few months, the service has slipped away considerably. When the pharmacy does not have your prescription available, they offer to call surrounding stores to find it for yiu, which is very considerate… until the pharma ist hwrself makes those calls while remaining at the front counter and speaks loudly on the phone naming your prescription! What ever happened to PRIVACY!!! There are 2 excellent pharmacy techs that appear to do the majority of the work, and they do it with a smile on their face and deliver superior customer service. The remaining techs have a poor attitude and gossip behind the counter while you wait over an hour for the Rx they told you would take 15 minutes.
I in no way think that working in a pharmacy is an easy job that can be done while on autopilot, and you can see some patients be extremely rude to the pharmacy associates, which is unfortunate; however, that does not mean there is an excuse for the poor service here.
I really hope this pharmacy can get back on track to the way it used to be!

I have to agree with previous posters about the pharmacy at this particular Walgreens. Incredibly short-​staffed, slow, and not excelling in customer service. After my fiancé was discharged from the hospital, it was necessary to get his pain medicine quickly. The employee that took the scripts said they would be done in about 15 minutes. I ended up waiting an hour, with a screaming baby, in order for them to fill nausea medicine & pain medicine. Never will go back to this pharmacy again.

C’mon Walgreens! You have 10 – 15 employees staffing your convenience store business but only 2 people working the pharmacy? We gave up on the drive thru to only find a line 5 people deep and a full waiting area. I guess you are phasing out your pharmacy business at this location and building your profits on cherry slushies and shampoo.

This Walgreens pharmacy is short staffed. It’s flu season, it happens every year and they still don’t staff appropriately. A line of over 11 – 15 people, one cashier, one pharmacist. I came last week for my son’s prescription and it took an hour to get a RX. Tonight, getting my own RX, it’s the same deal. Insanely mismanaged.

For a drug store this Walgreens has what you need. It is a nice new store off of I20 in Arlington. The service was friendly, and store is clean.
The Pharmacy was slow which seems to be a normal thing at all drug stores. And the pharmacy always seems shorthanded and not real friendly. I guess it is because they are always busy.
I mainly only buy birthday cards at Walgreens. But they do have just about anything you may need. Or want.

I was just sure I had strep throat last week. I called my doctor and she couldn’t get me in. I remembered Walgreens had just put in a clinic. I arrived at the Walgreens, put my information in the sign up computer and was in to see the nurse practitioner within 10 minutes.
They nurse practitioner was awesome. Very friendly and empathetic. They were able to give me a strep test right there and it only took 9 minutes for the results. She spent that time taking my vitals.
The exam rooms are very clean and organized. The staff is professional and efficient. This is definitely a place to go if you need a quick medical issue solved. They took my insurance so my copay was only $ 5 but a cash visit they told me runs about $ 80 and that’s sure a lot cheaper than CareNow.

Walgreens is my favorite drug store and I frequent it quite often. This Walgreens location looks like the Walgreens of the future. It’s a new store and not only is it spacious, it is beautiful inside. Employees are friendly, helpful, and greet you when you walk in the store or into their personal space. This store is run the way all retail stores should be, which is customer centered.
