Virginia Hospital Center Physician Group

I have to start by saying, I have been with Kaiser for the last 6 years, and how scary are they?! I typically expect the worst when going to the doctor now, which is not fun. I can say, I called to schedule my first new patient physical and was absolutely stunned when the receptionist heard I was having (what I thought was a routine issue) she immediately escalated the call to the doctor.
Needless to say, Dr. Melendez has been great! She has listened to every issue and tried to come up with every solution possible. She assessed everything thuroughly and has even gotten the tight referrals to address what she believes is the issue.
The office staff is quiet, they are professional and outgoing when they need to be! I though it was phenomenal that the receptionist called every OB/​Gyn to get an immediate appointment and ensured that there was continuitely in care!
