Went here for couple years after finding out that they offer Eco friendly dry cleaning. Friendly enough service. My husband absolutely loathes that they wrote(permanent ink) on the inside collar tags of his dress shirts. Expensive dress shirts. If that wasn’t annoying enough for dear hubby, they wrote my name, not his. So wish they asked before doing this. I understand they don’t want to lose a customer’s shirt, but writing in someone’s favorite shirts can make one getting dressed in the morning feel like a kid getting ready for summer camp instead of a polished professional. Not into unnecessary chemicals so I try to avoid traditional dry cleaning(perc) but honestly, because woman who works here doesn’t speak the greatest English, I can’t really ask and understand exactly what I’m «signing up for» when I drop off clothes. So a bit of blind faith.

Took a skirt in to have it made LONGER. I told the woman four times that I wanted it LONGER and the hem taken OUT. She seemed to agree and understand me as I hesitantly walked out. I return a week later to pick up my skirt and they made the hem SHORTER! IT’s now a micro-mini! I wanted it longer because I was already crouching in it! AAAHHH! I am so aggravated and I take it back to have her FIX it. She tells me that the woman that does the sewing will charge me another $ 10(on top of the $ 15 I already paid) to take the hem out again. What the!?! YOU made the mistake. YOU fix it. I agreed because I didn’t want to have to take it to another place only to be charged even more. I will NEVER go back here for dry cleaning or for tailoring. In fact, I’ve found a fantastic new tailor down the street in Lexington. They are called Personal Cleaners and they are at 850MASS Ave. GOTHERE. I felt like royalty when I brought my other items to them. They are the best, and will be getting ALL of my business. Utopia is a NIGHTMARE!!!
