Melissa and Type A Personal Concierge Service is top notch! I’m a working mom, and wife with a three year old daughter. I don’t have very much time for myself and decided it would be a treat to hire Type A Personal Concierge Service to help me organize.
Melissa makes a great first impression even before she arrives at your house by being responsive, customer service oriented and focused on what your top organizational priority is for her scheduled visit. Melissa arrived a few minutes early (perfect for an organizer!) and walked in ready to organize!
She listed to my biggest areas that I need to straighten up and asked good questions about how I operate day to day. Melissa helped me to create a system so that I could benefit not only from her one day visit but from implementing a system maintain the organization.
The biggest areas Melissa helped me organize was both my husbands and my closets. She first diagnosed the problem by asking many questions about how we get dressed in the morning, who gets dressed where and what system we use for laundry etc. She was very thorough in figuring out where the real problem with organization actually was.
Once we determined the root cause of the lack of organization, she helped me reorganize both closets and even sat and showed me a more efficient way to fold closes to maximize the space! I was very impressed!
When Melissa left the trouble spots in my house were completed organized and I felt confident that I had a system that was effective and practice that I could maintain. One thing I was especially impressed with was Melissa willingness to not only explain the system but get down and fold clothes on the floor, color code my closet etc. Melissa is both mom, wife and professional herself so it was comforting to have someone in my house who could empathize with my weekly chaos!
She was a true professional! I couldn’t be happier with the results and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone.
