I’ve been to this shop several times and the customer service is very good. No nonsense, whether you want to buy a watch, get one fixed or find an obscure band that you need an extra link for.

I have a really old, really cheap watch that I just love, but was losing time and the second hand had fallen off and was floating around inside the display, so I took it into this shop. He didn’t judge me for not having an expensive watch, and replaced the second hand and made sure it was keeping time. A few days after I got it back it started losing time again, so I took it back in for a movement overhall. He deducted what I had paid for the first repair since he would have put the second hand back on in an overhall anyway. A few days later my watch was ready and I haven’t had a problem with it since. It cost me $ 50 for a complete movement overhall.

I brought two timex watches there to have the batteries replaced. Two days later I have two broken timex watches, I realize that these watches may be difficult but after paying the high fee for batteries you would think the repair lady would put the back on right

They have great collections of Seiko watches, which are my favorite when it comes to quality. They also repair watches while you wait.

«Black Friday.» The battery was dying in my Omega. I called several places around town — «Bring it in and we can send it off…» Then I called Time Zone: «Sure, no problem.» I brought in in, 15 minutes and $ 49 later, I’m on my way. He even offered a ‘pressurization’ option(declined). This place is a breeze to get to from the CC Metro, but a little awkward to drive to since you have to park underground across the street($ 6/hr). It’s in the ground floor shopping area inside right next to the Cold Stone. Summary: If you have a $ 800 – 2,000 watch and need a battery, call these guys, get on the Metro, and get it done at Time Zone.

Friendly, excellent service — and at a very reasonable price. Ousman has fixed the bracelet on my Tag and came up with a creative solution to fix the wrap-around bracelet on my Gucci watch. Efficient, reliable and thorough.

Uzman the owner is an awesome young guy. He is honest, helpful and knows his watches. He has repaired multiple watches for me and he is competent and very customer centric. He never upsells and is super helpful. This is a business that is worth supporting!

I’ve been coming here for years and it is a great business. The owner(who is likely who you will be interacting with) is very friendly and provides great customer service. I have had many things done by time zone, from simple battery replacements to a complicated repair to my husband’s rather expensive Movado watch. The watches are all handled with great care regardless of their value which I appreciate, having received a big scratch from a mall kiosk battery replacement several years ago. He knows me by name(writing this I wish I knew his!) and provides quick and reasonable service. A battery replacement in 5 minutes for just $ 10, done with TLC toward the watch — where else can you get that? Highly recommend you pay TZ a visit for all of your watch and clock needs!

Fifty dollars to change a watch battery that cost sixteen a little farther down the mall. No. No. No. No. No.

Very happy with Time Zone. The second hand of my Omega mechanical chronograph would jump ahead when starting so I took it to Time Zone and they fixed it for me. There were several things that really impressed me: — courteous, friendly service. — convenient service request form on website. — pressure testing is done after all repairs to check seals and gaskets for water resistance. — accurate estimate for time of completion. — my estimate was based on needing a depth cam adjustment, when that didn’t fix the problem, they did not charge for the extra work. — location /store hours are very convenient. A great experience. If I wasn’t moving, I’d definitely trust this shop with my next major 5-year overhaul for my nice watch.

Went in there to get a loose clasp on my watch band fixed. I didn’t catch the salesman’s name, but he fixed it there in about 2 minutes and didn’t charge me for it — very friendly and polite too. Will definitely come back when I have other repair needs!

The band fell off of my watch. I needed to get it fixed. «Take it to Time Zone» said Scep D. She was right, too. Time Zone is high end. Very nice employee! Reasonable prices! Fast service. I’m going to take my other two«stopped» watches there for new batteries because I’m a fan. This is as good as it gets.
