The Fixi Shop

Amazing service! We were in town from Houston and my husband dropped his phone on the ground and it shattered. We called the shop they told us to bring it in and they would have it repaired in 45 min. The staff was prepared to service his phone as soon as he walked in. The other nice thing about this place is that they don’t only service apple products but the sell them as well.

I wanted to go to the Apple Store but after finding this Apple certified shop I decided to come here decent place I have to say the only thing is the white young lady at the front she took the phone this morning and I picked it up from her today 3 o’clock it seemed like she didn’t even remember me like she’s got a short memory or something this morning didn’t seem quite her thing when I handed her the phone the screen is cracked that’s why am there to fix it she tried to swipe it open saying oh this is annoying because the screen would not do as she wantedare these words used in front of your customer good I don’t think so now I picked up the phone she didn’t bother to say hi thank you for coming nothing not one single word her mind was lost I don’t know how long they have been in business but really I think the lady upfront handling your cash needs to be a little bit more friendlier trust me I’m in the business of customer service is well I don’t like to make it too much of a complaint. Even if she has to fake it but not anything that I think I’ll go to the Apple Store next time I have some couple repairs needing to be done

I was told they would fix my Ipad over lunch considering it was just a screen fix. After lunch I was told they didn’t get to mine. They said they would fix it and deliver it to me the next day which was nice enough. I received it and the wifi did not work anymore. They said they would fix it and overnight it right back to me. Awesome! But that was a week ago and I am still Ipad-​less. Considering the botched repair, at least ten un-​returned phone calls and no Ipad I believe they warrant a bad review.

Great service and quick turn around time. The employee did curbside pick up so I could just drop off my iPhone and shop around while I waited. Took only thirty minutes and no more broken screen!
