I hate this location the service is slow and they almost always get my order wrong no matter what time of day I stop by

Taco Cabana has the best Mexican fast food around! This location is always pretty great to come to. The employees are nice and helpful. Food is hot and fresh and come in quick.

In Short: I would not go back.
FOOD:OK CLEAN: Not good, SERVICE: Poor, OTHER: Wait time too long.
My wife and I used to go to Taco Cabana all the time in El Paso. It was one a few places we could find for Tex-​Mex. We should have checked Unilocal before going to this store. We went during Saturday lunch. It was not too crowded but no one in the restaurant had any food. We ordered some queso dip (Med size) and a couple other combo meals. Paid and then were told that it would be about 20min. We were not in a rush so we said ok can we get our chips a queso. The staff persons replied, oh you wanted chips with that, that will be $ 2 more. The food was typical for this type of restaurant.

Stopped by for a happy hour margarita. You can beat a 1.50 drink but i have to give a special thank you to the kid behind the register that did not know what the 10oz cup was.
I was pretty disappointed with the facilities. Its a fairly new building and the door the separated the two dinning rooms kept slamming shut. So distracting.

They messed my order up again. They basically robbed me. I ordered a big order and also got to chicken fajitas. The receipt is right but the labeled both fajitas chicken which was correct but when i opened the second one they were just empty fajita bread. Last time they i went they left a bunch of stuff out of my bag. On top of all this my enchilada was rock hard. DO NOT GO HERE. THEY SHOULD FIRE ALL THOSE TEENS IN THERE AND HIRE SOME PEOPLE THAT CARE ABOUT THERE JOB. They need to be closed down for sure.

Ordered steak tacos came home and the meat was ground beef! Drove all the way back to get the order right and they insisted that thats how they cook it when I have eaten their steak street tacos plenty of time and it was the cut up steak and even the picture didn’t look anything like I ordered!

Went here on vacation as it used to be one our favorites in San Antonio. Pleasantly surprised. Excellent fajitas and margaritas, the staff was friendly, and the place was very clean. Would surely go back again.

I’ve been to this location 3 times and each time I have to wait more than 40 minutes. Each time I go to the drive through. Usually there’s one maybe two cars ahead of me, but one time it was just me. First time I waited 50 minutes for two cabana bowls. Second time I waited 70 minutes for one of those family fajita meals, my order was given to me within 10 minutes but the wait for the two cars ahead of me was 60 minutes. And the third time I got my food and the order was completely wrong and missing food after waiting 70 minutes again. The manager did fix my meal, but didn’t seem apologetic for the ridiculous wait time. I haven’t been back at this location since. If you go here, maybe try going inside and it will be faster.

First time at this location but I’ll never go back. The place was mostly empty but it took 20 minutes to get my single order — I know this since the receipt thoughtfully had the time the order was placed printed on it. In addition, the dining room was dirty with the trash receptacle overflowing. If you have to have TC, the one on Little Road is much, much better.

This particular location is our favorite; we drive across town and past closer taco cabana’s because there’s something very lovely about this one. The service is on point, its always clean, and the generally well kept. (It’s also 24-​hours open). I’ve only ever had a problem when I ordered to-​go and my nachos were absolutely gross (it doesn’t help that it was during a lunch rush). The food served is always warm and of a better quality than your regular fast food restaurant.

Good cabana. Been here a few times. It’s a fairly new cabana. Sony forget it’s here a lot of the times. Staff is friendly just felt bad for the girl taking orders she was running between the window and front counter taking all the orders but she will get management down soon enough. Food was really good and fresh tasting. Coffee was a little old but still good. I will come back to this one.

Order of flautas, soft tacos, rice, and refried beans took 30 minutes with average traffic for a Sunday.
Staff was short with me, and unapologetic for the extended wait.
Food quality was average.

This was my 2^nd time here and it was alright.
The guy that took my order was beyond patient with me since I havent been to a taco cabana in like 3 yrs I had no idea on the toppings n everuthing.
My bf liked everything more than me thats why I only gave it 3 stars.
Overall it was ok but theres so many taco places to go to I’ll prob only go here once in a while.
