I have been going to this location for a few years. I have always had good haircuts and good customer service. Until yesterday when I was there to get products for my daughters hair. When I asked for a bag for 2 bottles of shampoo/​conditioner it was thrown across the desk at me. When I spoke up about the bad treatment the male receptionist told me that most people including himself normally don’t get a bag for their products. I was so upset that I didn’t complain until today. I was told that the male was actually the owners son and that my number would be given to the General Manager. 20 mins later the male called to me to say he was sorry I felt cheated about not getting a bag. Omg!!! I’ll never spend my money there again.

Valerie did a quick 20 minute wash /​pixie cut on me today and it was exactly what I wanted. After she finished she noticed a little unevenness in the back and quickly corrected it and made sure I was happy before I left. Would definitely go back. Thanks again!
