Have to agree, if I could give 0 stars I would. Even management is very poor and rude when it comes to customer service. Over $ 300’s for a week and was accused of smoking in non smoking room and told to check out after 3 nights with no money reimbursed. When checking out I was even treated very rudely. Hood and Ghetto!!! first off these used to be old apartments and carpet in hallway is old… the lobby is gorgeous but it’s a front… I specifically accepted this offer through priceline for non-​smoking …got lost in the deep dark valleys of their hallways lots of babies crying… then encounter a lady who told me sh lives there because of domestic violence… got into the room which smelled like somone just freshly showered .i called the front desk letting them know about this and how i smelled smoke he then informed me they had no more non-​smoking rooms or they have non at ALL!.then he says «hey can I call you back»? REALLY… i called right back and let him know i needed a refund… i stayed in that room an hour then got to the front desk to find security at a table and some girl hanging in the lobby with her shoes off hanging out on their couch and they told me the front desk man ran to the store HUH FOR REAL! I demanded a refund and got it with no fight ! never go here!!! stay away
