Been to this store few days ago in order to buy souvenir gifts for my family in Chicago. Was very pleased with the wide variety of t-​shirts, sweatshirts and small souvenir items they have in the store. Was able to find something suitable for each member of my family. The store has good prices and multiple deals going on. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this store to others.

First off, I hate shopping at places where they act like they’re «doing you a favor».
So, I’m only giving this place 2 stars because they have a lot of cool products. But, the saleswoman there had zero customer service. She barely acknowledged me or spoke directly to me. And I still bought 3 items. Had I had time to look for another souvenir store, I’d have just left. The lady was rude, no «how can I help you?» Not even a word after I said, «thank you». If we are going to correct the bad service reputation in the DC metro area, people at least need to show the basic laws of manners– at least the basics…
