I asked for a toasted bagel with cream cheese and was told they had no cream cheese. When I asked for just butter, I received a whole bagel (not even sliced for me) that had been toasted, no butter.

Ironically if you are at Reagan airport you think that the Starbucks would be prompt. On the contrary, the Starbucks is so slow that you’re quite likely to miss your plane while you’re still waiting in line. Even with three servers today, and a very short line I had of me, I inched forwards — and all I wanted was a chocolate croissant!
A tortoise taking a lazy Sunday stroll could go at faster speed than I did, at the Starbucks line today.

The only Starbucks in the airport and it’s outside of the gates. Check your order they messed up on my twice however it was 5am lol

Great place to grab a cup of joe in the DCA airport. The product is very consistent but the folks who work here make it a great experience. They are all very friendly and fast so I can’t complain.
