Smashburger

First time here, I was satisfied with what I got. The order was made and it arrived in five minutes. And for a five minute wait, the burger was better than places such as Fuddruckers. It didn’t impress me immensely but I liked it a lot. The environment was well kept and appealing and the food was great. Anyone with company or even alone should go. I got the Jalapeño Baja Burger with SmashFries.
The burger was great but the fries weren’t anything special (despite what I saw in the other Unilocal reviews). Overall 4 fries out of 5

I’ve been a fan of Smashburger since they came to town. I really like their burgers and especially LOVE the Haystack Onions (very thin shaved onion rings).
They are on the pricy side so don’t expect a budget meal here but once in a while it’s a great splurge.

This is another Smashburger restaurant I tried and this location did a good job. I have been a fan of Smashburgers since they started. Our first and best store closed down so we have been trying different locations. The problem is not the food it is the service you get at some of them. And this location did a good job.
I like all the burgers they have my favorite is the BBQ bacon burger. They put tasty thick bacon on the burger. Smashburger also have chicken but I never tried the chicken. The haystack onions are a good side order very tasty. Serving size can be shared if you want. The fries are also good. Smashburger also have handmade shakes if you’re into shakes, I do sodas.
The price is up there for a burger the price can add up pretty fast. But for a good different burger I feel it is worth the price once in a while.
The location is on a busy street and shopping center but not hard to get to. Nice size resturant plenty of seating clean nice store.

These burgers are so awesome! You get the option to have a regular size or a larger size which is always great for those with «healthier appetites» lol. Only thing I don’t like is that you have to pay separately for a burger fries and a drink no combo meals here which makes it more expensive so I personally only come here every now and then. It’s in a great location. Staff is great and service is always speedy!

This place is so good! There is something special about their burger patty that really sets them apart from other burger joints! Also they have great sweet potato fries and milkshakes! They are a bit pricey so I don’t go there often, but they are certainly worth the money. Beautiful restaurant and good service too!

I got the Baja salad and the buffalo fries. My salad was more than enough and loaded. The chicken tastes fresh and the chipotle dressing was amazing. The buffalo fries are also awesome a lot of salt but definitely a delicious spicy kick.

The burgers are good. The service is great. My complaint would be the price and I drink water with all meals. They give you a childs glass for the water. Still good there.

I was impressed… since today was my first time trying them out… I ordered the classic smash burger with bacon, smash fries and sweet tea. The burger tasted homemade as stated in there menu. Everthing was GREAT the tea was the BUSINESS!!! Sandy who took my order and brought out my food was SUPER NICE!!! Very professional had a smile the whole time! I will definitely come back to smash a burger at SMASHBURGER!

This is my favorite burger joint the burger it’s perfectly season. The smash fries are so good they have I think an olive oil and thyme drizzle on top that rocks, so they are a bit on the fatty side but oh well we live once.

Damn good burger and fries and shakes. Service was quite nice. Super casual place. Price (at first) seem high for a burger, but when it tastes that good, it’s worth it.

This place has awesome customer service, the food tastes great! But I will say it’s over priced for the amount of food you get.

It s alright. My first time back in a while. I didn’t really like them that much the first time but this time was cool. I got some jalapeño chipoltle burger. Not sure what it is called exactly but their Strawberry shake was amazing.

I was feeling a bit piggish today, so I over indulged in sweet potato smashfies, a beef avocado club, and a salted caramel shake. Everything was tasty, but the taste of the burger and the feel of the restaurant reminded me of a typical fast food restaurant.

Had a craving for a burger so i stopped at Smashburger. Figured i try something different since it had been while since i had eaten here. Tried the Jalapeño BBQ burger. It definitely had a kick! Overall, good burger, good shake, good service.

Nice and clean restaurant and the staff was efficient & polite.
They have skinny fries & skinny onion rings. And you can top it all off w/​a milkshake!
Definitely worth the stop when you are in the area.

I use to go here all the time w my aunt but I haven’t been in a few years so my boyfriend & I decided to go today. & let me tell you. It was soo good! I remember it being good but not that good. Lol maybe I was just really hungry but this is a great burger joint! Decent size burger & there’s a lot of fries! We really like the fries w pepper on them. :~)

Every time I drive past this plaza on Cooper, I always eye the bright white and red SMASHBURGER sign. I finally gave in and gave it a try. Not disappointed!
Their burgers were delicious and quite adventurous (avocado burger is my new love in life). Their fries are amazing. They were cut thinly but seasoned very well.
The service was great. The girl at the counter greeted me with a smile and was very helpful.
Anyway, they also carry booze. So burgers and booze. No wrong.

We both ordered the BBQ, Cheddar Burger. and it was BOMB.
Great fresh ingredients, friendly staff, and was quickly made.
I had a Groupon I paid $ 6 for $ 12, and it worked out good. I have been to this location once before and I would go back with out the deal but it just worked that I had it. So each burger we got was $ 5.99, so it was like BOGO deal in a sense.
We will be back and probably soon!

I’ll admit that I don’t come here as often as I should, especially since Smashburger does a really great job of filling you up and providing a quality burger.
The service here is somewhat inconsistent. Today I was greeted by a very apathetic and somewhat rude cashier, which was very unexpected. I usually see the same cashier each time I come in, but she was off the clock today. Her name was Tiffany, by the way, and she’s excellent at face recognition as well as providing a smile that makes ordering such a joy.
I consider this burger chain a relatively clean one; the floors and tables are well kept. I have seen employees clean up immediately after people leave in order to keep the location in top shape for the next customers. The managers here are also friendly faces and ask for opinions and improvements as you eat your food. Occasionally, they will also walk around to clean alongside with their employees (which is rare for burger places).
Burgers here are excellent. I usually can’t finish my burger unless I’m famished or malnourished to the max because the normal sized burger is already a hearty amount. The burgers here also come in a big size (for those with larger appetites) and you always have the option of beef or chicken, crispy or grilled. I’m addicted to the Avocado Club Chicken Burger because the piece of chicken is so satisfying when it’s topped with fresh slices of avocado.
My favorite thing to order is the Smashfries because they are cooked with olive oil and coated with rosemary or something. Whatever it is, they must sprinkle an extra amount of crack in it too, because I can never get enough and also mooch off of my boyfriend’s fries after I have finished my own. I’ve also heard positive things about the sweet potato fries here (if you like that), but I am personally not a huge fan of sweet potatoes.
A great place to come for a good burger, but watch out for inconsistent service from the cashiers.

Best burgers in Arlington. Period.
