Service was prompt. Cleanliness was good. Décor was cheerful and allows me to distract my sick boy. What I’m upset about is misdiagnosis — the most important aspect of the business– reliable diagnosis. I specifically asked to check for strep test and flu when dr Becker said at first he has a virus and I said are you SURE he doesn’t have strep or flu? …and was told he has neither after they ran the test. He checked his ear and no infection supposedly. I went to the primary doctor the next morning and verdict was My son has all three. He started showing signs New Year’s Eve 12÷31÷15 and… yesterday when I went to Pediatric After Hours, it was 1⁄3. There’s no way the lab results would show negative one day and next day positive for everything! Unless it really did. Incubation of bacteria and viruses has been for at least three days, you can’t tell me it’s negative yesterday and positive today. My boys Doctor said he is highly contagious mean he has virility count and bacterial count. How could they have messed up so bad?

Took my 9 year old son here, because he had a horrible cough that wouldn’t go away. They said he had asthma and that he wasn’t sick. Prescribed him an inhaler. Next day, took him to an allergy and asthma doctor. He was tested and doesn’t have asthma. They said he had an infection, after looking at mucus under a microscope. He needed antibiotics.

Took my son here around 6pm one night for ear pain. Staff was friendly and there was no wait. We were taken back immediately.(Don’t know what it’s usually like as this was the night in the spring when a tornado rolled through!) Within a minute of the doctor seeing him, she knew it was an ear infection and within 2 minutes, we had a prescription. Once we got home with the medication, I felt the dosage seemed too high. I called and checked with the pharmacist who filled it and he said it was filled according to what the doctor had written. I then called back to the office and spoke with the nurse immediately; I heard her speaking with the doctor who I overheard double checking her dosage. It was correct and I appreciated that she wasn’t too prideful to recheck herself.

I highly recommend this urgent care. We came here after a horrible experience at Texas Walk-In down the street(you can read about our experience on their review). My daughter was screaming hysterically and complaining about her ear hurting. Our insurance referred us there as we were from out of state and didn’t know where to take her. Well, after feeling helpless after that experience at Texas Walk-In we decided to bring our daughter here. They did not accept our insurance but the receptionist at the front desk(I’m sorry I forgot your name) offered us a payment option. After filling out the necessary paperwork my daughter was called back and was seen by Dr. Bruce. Turns out she had an ear infection. Within 5 mins she came back with a prescription for antibiotics. I definitely recommend this pediatric urgent care. Not only are the staff friendly and professional, they don’t turn anyone away because of an insurance mishap or lack of insurance.

It was late at night & I needed somewhere quick to take my daughter. I needed somewhere safe and reliable, not the ER as I didn’t want to be there all night. Also my daughter was not that sick. I was however concerned about whether or not she had strep or the flu. I remembered receiving a postcard about the opening of this facility. I’m pleased that we went. The staff was professional and friendly. We were in and out quickly. The doctor was kind, knowledgeable and thorough. I would use them again without hesitation. And I have recommended them to friends.
