Came for graduation party decoration. This place is super over priced. (not just this place but all Party City are). Also their coupons suck. I could not use any of them cause I did not spend $ 60 (because I refused to)

I stepped in here to find some Harry Potter birthday supplies but there weren’t any. There was one aisle for girls and one for boys, and then another for infants but that’s it, not a lot. Also many of the shelves were empty. Perhaps they were in the middle of changing out seasons but in any case it was pretty slim pickings. I like the ones in the Mid Cities area much better.

The manager was super rude. If you have any question, don’t even bother to ask. You don’t deserve her rudeness. The cashier was really nice. The one star was for the cashier.

The customer service here is not good at all! Have been in twice this week for birthday supplies and both times the service was rude and made me feel like I was causing them to have to work too hard by telling me where the item I needed was. Very bad business!
