Not happy with the way they treat customers. We had a reservation to stay one night in order to attend event at ut arlington. Event was cancelled. We called to cancel reservation giving 48 hours notice. Motel refused to refund money. We were told if we had booked reservation online we could get refund, but because we booked via phone no refund. We will not do business with them again.

Just checked in. The owners are nice and it’s a small cheap motel. There’s no blow dryer, no coffee, and the ice machine is out of order. The walls are covered in random small colored splatters, some are red, brown, black and others. There was a pubic hair on the bath towel. There are stains on inside of the comforter, they don’t have a fitted sheet on the bed, and there are hairs on the pillow.

This place is a total dumpster. It’s run by some cheap ass Indian family the whole place is falling apart. The owner goes to local Goodwill /Salvation Army every morning to get free donuts and offer customers complementary breakfast. This place makes me sick. Stay away from it!!!

Well I needed a quick and cheap motel to stay in last night when the storm came in, since I didn’t feel like driving back home for it. It’s quaint, that much I can say. I mean if you’re looking for an overnight stay, it’s not bad. Long-term stay, look towards a bigger motel like the Sheraton. The room was clean, sure, but the sink had cracks in it. The bathroom door was cracked on both sides, probably due to someone using force to open it since I noticed it was a tight fit in the doorway. Basically, it looks like a cheap motel that you would expect, full on with the group of people hanging outside their rooms and laughing it up(creepy locals, anyone?) The rules were fine, I didn’t care much since I was only staying in briefly. No visitors, no pets, etc etc. The funniest part of the whole overnight stay was the fact that I kept waking up after having peculiar dreams. I’ve stayed at hotels with softer beds. Like I said, it doesn’t get a lot in the way of luxury or aesthetics, if you’re looking for some place nice then keep driving. If you’re caught in the middle of a storm, on a long trip and need sleep, then this is a good place for you. Although I must warn you: there’s no coffeemaker in the room!

Parkway Inn is family owned and super close to the university. The people are all very friendly. It is an older motel, but the rooms are clean and comfortable.
