Regardless of quality of pizza or timeliness … delivery driver parked in the ONLY handicap accessible parking space even though there were other empty places available only a few car spots away. And his vehicle also blocked the access ramp. NOT acceptable … I am in a wheelchair — that space is NOT for delivery drivers. Driver DID move vehicle when confronted, but he should not have had to be told not to park where it is illegal as well as inconsiderate to park.

Oh no! Okay, I ordered this for delivery. I got a regular crust hamburger, mushroom, onions, and black olive medium pizza. $ 14.46. I also tried their bruschetta breadsticks, and the brownie. Both the brownie and mock bruschetta were $ 6 each. Total price before fees($ 2.39 delivery) and taxes($ 2.31) and then a tip made for a hefty price tag. $ 35.31 would have gotten me a fine steak with left overs. Now, what I got was a pizza that I swear had NOONIONS. The mushrooms might be «real» but out of a can. Not fresh. Beef? I’m sorry. I needed a magnifying glass to find and even taste. I did get plenty of black olives!!! Their taste you can’t miss. Therefore, that might be the whole purpose. The dough? They have to have this down to a science. Any item that requires the pizza oven, expect minimal cook time. I would suggest pre-heating your oven to 450 and when delivered, pop it in there for additional 5 – 10 minutes. The doughy crust had no herbs or spices discernible and was so freaking bland!!! Bruschetta breadsticks were so bland. I added tons of my own herbs and spices. I do think the tomatoes were fresh? Now, my only reason to ever buy from PJ’s again was the chewy, moist brownie. $ 6. That’s why they get the 2nd star. But for pizza or any other substance, this is cheap rotgut mess. Never again.

Pizza was good, had some bacon cheesesticks and honey chipotle wings which also were good. Ordered online for delivery and it was here roughly 30 minutes later. Good stuff.

Today I give them five stars. The pizza was great in looks and taste. They said 45 minutes but it got here in 30. The driver was very polite and helpful.

The online ordering is super easy. The human part requires they read the order. I was quite displeased with the fact that I ordered the pizza be well done, and was more limp and doughy than I like, so I tossed my pieces in the oven for 10 minutes, but before I did I shot the picture I am sharing with you. The toppings were ok, but the fact I ordered extra cheese and received minimal is disappointing as well. So be ready for the substandard and click away.

We order delivery and the pizza is usually good and hot. Just don’t ever bother ordering extra sauces. They don’t mind charging for them but they almost always neglect to include them. I didn’t take it out on the delivery guy’s tip but each time this happens it’s easier to order from somewhere else. Management is sloppy or complacent.

Food always comes fresh and hot. Consistency is not always there, I ordered a small supreme pizza and not only was it badly cut but some crust was like thin and some was made regular lol. But it always tastes fantastic the ingredients are always fresh.

Just ordered from this location for the first time since moving to this area… let’s just say, I should’ve just ordered from Pizza Hut. My cheese sticks were hotter then the pizza and their«new» chicken poppers tasted like they just microwaved them. I ordered from here because I wanted something different, since I always order Pizza Hut, but since I had such a horrible experience, I will not be ordering from here again.

I love this location of Papa John’s. My order is always correct and the driver’s get to my location within 30 – 45 minutes. They have always been polite and go by whatever instructions I give out(I usually babysit so sometimes I need them to call instead of knock). I quit using Pizza Hut at all and have switched to Papa John’s because of this.

Worst pizza I have ever had. I would have been better off going to Kroger and buying a frozen pizza it would have been much better.
