Omg should have just went to Panda Express! Totally overpriced for what I ordered. sesame chicken with steamed rice. Wow… small cup of rice and small plate of chicken for $ 13?! Horrible service waitress didn’t even bring back the items we asked for multiple times. I was waiting for my check and gentleman decided to start wiping my table! It was my birthday by far worst birthday dinner yet

Happy Hour two waiter at the bar I sit down at the end no one scouping the bar. I had to call to the bar tenders attention to get service. When asking the bar tender about the flavor profile of their peanut sauce, he says it’s towards the sweet side but it wasn’t something he liked. ?? I never asked for what he liked, that comment was u nnecessary. I ordered mongolian beef, the green onion were not up to standard, some undercooked, raw, not stir fried. Why the hurry. we are maybe 12 people in the restaurant. Yes, I am going agree not to the high standards PF Chang is known for. Next to me a man sits and give condesending remarks about a female he is teviewing online mist like Fb, next to him the bar tender having an agreeing cinversation. HR inappropiate. Who needs to check this bartender… this conversation needs to end before someone gets a green onion wrapped around his lips.

This is a good place to go and enjoy a nice time out with my husband. It is fairly quiet and the subdued lighting is calming. We have been here several times and we have always had very good service. We have our favorites and get them every time. For me, a bowl of egg drop soup and six dumplings. Delicious! My husband always gets the broccoli with beef and enjoys it.

Got in at 530pm wasn’t busy at all. Of course it’s 6pm and the dinner crowd starting to come in. We started our dinner off with glass of Riesling and the husband got a Shiner Bock. Ordered a Crisp house salad and it’s such a light refreshing salad. If your not as hungry and only two of you then I would recommend sharing it. There is plenty and we both ink ate half so that we were not to full for the main course. I ordered the Hong Kong Sea Bass, it’s on their 600 or less calorie menu. It is delicious and a big serving. It sits on top of asparagus, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes that sits a wonderful tasting broth. A little kick to the fish that leaves a bit of a spicy taste after each bite. This is better than the last time I had it Vegas. The fish was tender and flavorful with the broth. I really enjoyed this meal and will no doubt order it again. Husband Hot fish was excellent! He ate it with the brown rice. Another great meal at PF Chamgs.

Why do they have to mess with egg drop soup? It’s a staple of Asian food restaurant. The egg rolls are spicy. The California roll was exceptional chewy. Kaleidoscope roll was unnatural. It feels like they are trying to hard to be trendy but comes out gross. I don’t understand why it is so packed here.

Awesome place! I’ve been to many other P. F Changs and the service was awful from the bar but not here. My hubby drinks but not me because I’m carrying. Brittni was ah-MAZING. Made me a virgin drink which was awesome and I never thought of doing. She always kept interested to make sure everything came out okay. We will be back Brittni! Thanks for the great service! –B.M :)

Brought a party of 6 for a business thing there today, and it ended up being a pretty good experience. The waitress was quick on refills and professional but friendly. The food came out in a timely manner, even though the place was rather busy for a Saturday lunch in the Highlands. However, there was a bit of a mixup with my reservation when they gave our reservation to a family, but they were quick to seat us and accommodate our group.

Always love their selections of gluten free food. I especially appreciate that the GF food comes on plates that differ in appearance from the normal selection. I was sad to hear the chocolate done cake has been replaced with a new chocolate cake but it was equally good. Great staff and great experience!

This is my favorite place for soup when I am sick. I love Changs chicken noodle. All of their soup is very good. I also love that they can print out an allergy friendly menu for guests. I wish they still had Landon the menu it was my favorite dish they had. The beef & broccoli is good. So is the cashew chicken. It’s a little pricey for the portion size. But other than that pretty good.

This location has a very nice interior décor, lighting and table setting. It gives a good comfort feel to the customers for as long as it would take to finish the meal. Their clientele was quite polite and decent. Their service was superb and the wait staff were quite professional and knowledgeable to sat the least. We ordered the Chilean sea bass and lobster rice. The two dishes were plenty for two persons and then some leftovers. The fish was cooked perfect, not too spicy or oily, smooth to the taste. The rice equally cooked good. All in all it was superb experience on a Saturday evening.

First time here, so it could have been that we just didn’t get the best dishes. Love the atmosphere, but food was mediocre. Crab wontons and soup were ok. Fried rice was pretty bland and flavorless. Service was friendly but slow.

By far my favorite Chinese restaurant! Food is just so delicious and authentic. Also, the prices are not that expensive and the place is great for any occasion. I highly recommended!

Food~4/5 Service~5/5 Décor~5/5 Went here for dinner as well as the one in Fort Worth in the Sun Dance Square area(which in my opinion is a lot nicer). Both place has its own unique touch to it. Perfect for a date. Food: ordered their edamame and spring rolls(forgot the name) to start off. Edamame was good but my plus one didn’t like the spring rolls too much, so she picked out the chicken and ate that only. Entrees– We ordered the Crispy honey chicken and that was mouth watering delicious! Also ordered the shaking beef which was a little disappointing. Not what we were expecting at all because the beef was way too dry. These dishes are a hit or miss! So make sure you consult with the server and ask for their opinion. Dessert– Banana spring rolls is a must when coming upon this place! It’s amazing! Banana wrapped in wonton paper and fried, comes with their Pina Colada ice cream and it is such a perfect combination! Seating: Booths are very comfy and spacious, as well as regular tables! If you eat at the Fort Worth location, I recommend you eating at the patio if it’s not too hot because the breeze and swifts of cars just makes everything perfect. Environment: Kept squeaky clean! Usually when dining at restaurants, tables are sticky from their cleaning materials. Not here! Dimmed lighting which makes it delightful. Atmosphere is pleasant. Well kept and organized.

Been craving this place since the last time I had it a few weeks ago. Service is always great here at this location. My date had an issue with the staff last time I was here. I never seen what the big issues was but he was furious. Smh, Lol. Red flag number one and he’s put to the curb. Now I’m back up here about to enjoy an amazing dinner with out him!

PF Chang’s has a really nice atmosphere and one of the best gluten free menus around — especially for a chain restaurant — but I haven’t been too thrilled with their quality of food or service over the past couple visits. The last time I went for lunch on a Saturday(no lunch menu on the weekend, but that’s to be expected), we sat on the patio where there was only one other party. Our service was still extremely slow, and I don’t like to rush. My brother never got his coke after asking for it, and it took awhile even after we reminded our waitress. Maybe it’s because we sat on the patio and it was busy inside? The lettuce wraps were lacking a bit in quantity and presentation, and I very rarely complain about portion size. Plenty of lettuce of course, not a lot of filling, and verrrry few crispy rice noodles(that’s the best part). Usually you get a ton, but there was just a sprinkling this last time. Waaahhh. It’s hard to find a gluten free entrée(lunch and dinner prices are the same) on this menu for under $ 15. We ordered the ginger chicken, which had great flavor — but I found the chicken to be especially chewy. I’m definitely feeling pretty«A-OK» about PF Chang’s at the moment.

Yeah, I am a fan, but this visit… one critical error happened. Came on a busy Saturday night(3⁄14) and thank goodness for reservations. The wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and we were both in the mood for our American Chinese fix. We had 9:00pm dinner reservations, and arrived at 8:40pm. Ordered a drink at the bar and within 5 minutes, our table was ready. We were seated at a two top and our waitress arrived, wishing us a happy anniversary. When I made the reservation, I put that in the notes, so that was a nice touch. Whenever I come to Changs, I always, 100% get the same thing. If it’s not broken, no need to fix it. Well, because we arrived after a movie, and ate way to much popcorn, I did not order my usual, but we decided to do the dinner for two, for $ 39.95. Now, my wife and I have two different palates. She, nothing spicy, me hotter the better. So as we looked at the choices, I started with the hot and sour soup, and she had the egg drop soup. Both were great and we were enjoying our soup and then… our lettuce wraps arrived. Now we are on a smaller table, finishing our soup, and starting our sharing of the lettuce wraps, when… our two entrees arrived, with our sides of rice. I had the Kung Pao Shrimp, the wife had the Moo Goo Gai Pan, we were still finishing our other stuff and we were out of room. Dumped the rice on the entrees, and that created a bit more space. Our entrees were excellent, and we boxed up the rest to go. The widdle dessert wontons are very widdle. Take my advice, order a real dessert. The critical error, was we were celebrating our anniversary and with all of the dishes coming out at the same time, we felt so rushed. I hate feeling rushed, especially on a celebration. Food was great like always, and our server was friendly. Just felt rushed on this visit. Stay hungry my friends…

Went here last weekend for a «date night» of course with child in tow because that’s how we roll lately sans local babysitter. Food is consistently good and so is the service. I want to support a local business as much as possible but Arlington has too many convenient chains. I usually go for the honey shrimp and chicken lettuce wraps and this time I tried the fried green beans and pad Thai which wasn’t the best I’ve had but it was good. Kudos for the staff for always being fantastic too.

Came here for lunch today — lots of parking and it’s located in the Highlands where there’s a lot to do! We were politely greeted, and I would rate the service here as excellent. I ordered the tuna takanti(not sure on the spelling) under the sushi menu, which was described as seared ahi-tuna with a seaweed salad. However, I was disappointed with my order. The tuna wasn’t well seasoned and all I could taste was the spice from the peppers. I tried dipping it in the soy sauce but then that make it only spicy. The small seaweed salad was good though. Overall, I might come here again as the décor and service is great, but the order I got just didn’t meet my expectations.

Wow. Just wow. Just got back from my first experience at this P.F. Chang’s location and I’m absolutely blown away. Honestly, I’m not a huge fan of Americanized Chinese food, but P.F. Chang’s will always be an exception. Environment: Extremely clean location with an adequate parking lot. Can get filled on weekends or during peak hours. The place is pretty organized and has very unique, yet dim lighting. I really loved how clean the restaurant was. The tables weren’t sticky and every mess was cleaned up immediately after the table left. Napkins were clean, plates were white and stainless. Plastic chopsticks are provided by the host, all individually wrapped(not your crappy wooden disposables!). Service: The service here had already left an amazing impression on me from the moment I walked into the restaurant. The waitress was extremely friendly and asked if it was our first time there. Kindly walked us to our table and we were greeted by our waitress in less than 3 minutes. Waitress acknowledged our visit and thanked us for coming in for the first time today. More than willing to explain the menu to us and share with us a few of her favorites. After a few minutes, the store owner(I believe, but not definite) came by and personally thanked my boyfriend and I for coming in to dine at P.F. Chang’s. To follow up on this, he also gave us a thank you card that enclosed a friendly gesture: $ 10 gift card. Super friendly and quick service from every employee who came and interacted with us. Food: The great food followed the great service. I noticed that dishes here usually come with large spoons, so family style is encouraged. My boyfriend and I ordered the dinner for two. Started off with two soups: egg drop soup and hot/sour soup. I usually order egg drop soup from restaurants, but it didn’t taste as good here. I felt that the soup had a bit of a chicken stock taste that was slightly sweet, which wasn’t what I was used to at all. My boyfriend’s hot and sour soup was really good though. Not too sour/salty to the point where it tasted like a bowl of MSG. Will be getting hot and sour soup on my next visit. We had the Chang’s lettuce wraps for our small dish. Our waitress told us that they were created by P.F. Chang’s and about 85% of all their customers will order the lettuce wraps. Out of all the places that I’ve had lettuce wraps, this place has the best, hands down. Tender pieces of chicken and crisp water chestnuts wrapped in ice cold lettuce. The mix is soy sauce based and lays on a top of some white stringy crunchies. Absolutely love the extra crunch thrown in from the water chestnuts. To follow up on the appetizer, we ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan and the Mongolian Beef. Moo Goo was good, but not the best that I’ve had. I have to admit that they didn’t skimp on the ingredients and the shrimp was beautifully butterflied and not overcooked. I was very impressed by the quality and the way it was cooked. But the Mongolian beef… my boyfriend ordered this and did his usual, «wow this is good». I didn’t have a full grasp on it until I ate some myself. Amazing. Have never tasted a blend of flavors like that on meat that was so nicely cut against the grain. We decided that the next time we came back to P.F. Chang’s, we would probably just order 2 plates of the Mongolian beef because it was absolutely amazing. These dishes come with your choice of white or brown rice(we chose white). Rice was low quality, but that didn’t bother me because I don’t each much rice anyway. We had the option to upgrade the basic dessert for $ 3.99. Great deal, but we were already stuffed from the main course. We just got the two raspberry chocolate wontons. Definitely a different flavor, and I honestly didn’t enjoy it much. But it was very unique. Warm wonton filled with melted chocolate on a bed of raspberry. Overall, quality ingredients and service was top notch. Was very impressed with my experience here and will come back again and again. Highly recommend the Mongolian beef!

P F Chang’s has gone through a renovation and revitalization. My wife and I were pleased with the results. We had a moderate wait on a Saturday evening, around 30 minutes, before we were seated. We hit the jackpot in getting seated in Jessie’s section. She made our visit totally delightful. Jessie LOVES her job and we found out is one of the cheerleaders in the restaurant. She is vivacious and bubbly without being overly so. While chatting with her we found out that she’s the mascot for one of our local major universities. It totally fits her personality. When it came to service during our visit, Jessie was right there on the spot with whatever we needed. Now on to the food. We were very impressed with many of the new menu offerings. We started to order them but decided on the«Four-Course Prix-Fixe Menu». The choices we wanted were on it so why not? We started with an order of vegetable spring rolls. They were very«light» and not greasy at all. We each had a cup of soup, my wife egg drop and me hot and sour. YUMMY. For our entrees, my wife decided on Chang’s Kung Pao and I ordered the Crispy Honey with shrimp. We both got the steamed rice. Our entrees were really good and flavorful. We were somewhat disappointed that both entrees were not as spicy as we expected. We did use the chili sauce to spicy things up. The highlight of our evening was dessert. Jessie insisted that we try the banana spring rolls. Neither of us had ever tried them previously. OHMYGOSH, we both had died and gone to heaven at first bite. The dessert is total heaven. The coconut-pineapple ice cream is like tasting a cool tropical morning. The spring rolls with the warm gooey bananas in them are crunchy and oh so delicious. This is now one of my all time favorite desserts. What an incredible evening we shared at P F Chang’s! Everything was just about perfect. Next time we’re in we’ll definitely see if Jessie is on duty. It so, we’ll wait on a table in her section.
