Morning coffee stop before my flight out. I asked for the darkest roast they had and the gal behind the counter just looked at me as if I was an alien. Coffee was reasonably good, service a bit slow. Even though this is a terminal location, there was a very very small area for putting acoutrements in your coffee. I know, if I was a real woman, I’d drink it black. It needed a little somethin’ just sayin. Maybe that’s why the line at Einstein Bagel right next door was super long?

I have this game I like to play with myself. A sick game in which I am always disappointed. Whenever I am in a coffee shop that offers a Cuban style coffee, I always hope that somehow they really do understand what that means. I imagine that I will be able to have the coffee that I enjoyed when living in Miami, or that I make at home. It never comes close. While the coffee at Mayorca is actually pretty good, a «Cubano» it is not. Oh well, I tried, again…

Mayorga Coffee Roasters saved my life. I must have looked like I an extra from The Walking Dead when I happened upon their stand at Reagan thanks to a 5:45am flight and just an hour of sleep the night before. Mayorga had a chai tea with my name on it(tea, not latte — just like I liked it). Super friendly and fast service and enough options if you have the nibbles. Great little coffee shop when you are on the go.

I was stuck on a delay at the Dulles Airport, I wanted a Chai Latte something fierce. The only coffee place I saw was the Mayorga Coffee House, and I was still reluctant to try, being so disappointed in the past with subpar chai teas… Even after all of my questioning, I ordered one, and boy oh boy, was I a happy camper. It was made with whole milk, and it was creamy, perfectly spicy and delicious. If ever you are in the Washington Dulles Airport, and are craving your Chai Latte fix, check out the Mayorga coffee House in Terminal A. You’ll be glad you did!

Decent customer service, horrible drink! I ordered a hot chocolate that was basically hot milk with a splash of chocolate. Unfortunately I left a tip before I tried my drink. Worth $ 3? Not even close.

The staff is so super friendly and genuine. And funny! LOL. The breakfast panini was the best breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had! And I EAT people! yum yum yum! The eggs were scrambled with onions and green peppers, then the cheese was all warm and stretchy! The bacon was PLENTIFUL. Yaaaaaah BAE-CON! MMMM. Looooove this place. Made me a very happy gal.

I love this local coffee. I live that I don’t have to travel to Silver Springs in order to get my caffeine fix. They’re now located in terminal 2. Had a skinny white chocolate mocha and it was delicious.

Ah, DCA is such a small airport, but I love it cuz it’s so convenient. Mayorga makes taking a flight much nicer for me because they give you friendly, fast service with a stellar chai latte(w/soy).

I’ve been saddened to see Mayorga closing down their retail locations in favor of a different distribution strategy. So anytime I’m in terminal B, gates 15 – 22, I beeline for this Mayorga… this glorious outpost of independent goodness in a sea of airport chain restaurants(McD’s, Einsteins bagels, Annie’s pretzels, etc). There is ALWAYS a line, but they move efficiently… and there is one guy(probably a manager) who is always über perky and flirtatious… Never a bad thing when dealing with the rush-and-wait angst of airports. I’m either a cappuccino or café dulce kinda girl, and Mayorga does both right. Of at least a couple dozen orders, I’ve only ever had one that was incorrect. Way to go Mayorga!
