I have waited some time to write this review as I wanted to give them the benefit of doubt. However after numerous email attempts, voice mails and filling out the contact form on their website I’m done with their lack of customer service. They came to my home in November and charged me a service fee and diagnosed my TV. They said they would order the part and may take a few weeks. Well 10 weeks later I have not heard from them and have not returned a single call or email explaining the delay. Seemed like a really nice couple who knew their business but customer service is horrendous.
