Bought my hearings aids here and since then I’ve been going here reluctantly for a few times to get my hearing aids and services like molds and aid fixed… now last year i vowed never to return after dealing with terrible new mold issues (avoidable). After several tries with mistakes that were explained from the beginning to avoid it still was not avoided, they think they know better and make sure to tell you that in a condescending way, after going back and forth with mold replacements (too small, not long enough in tube) Let me say first hand that having had hearing aids for the better part of my 35 and so years i do know what i’m talking about i know what i need i know what i like, and i know what works for me. I don’d like being told it can’t be done when i know from my previous places (out of state otherwise i would go there) have done what i asked. This last encounter with them was my final straw, I don’t like the argumentative receptionist telling me they don’t do something that they did in fact did what i asked with my aids in this very place she «begs to differ» as said. She clearly never heard of tactful ways to explain herself instead keeps arguing with you that your wrong. I am now never going back!
