I called to inquire about Free Tress Deep Twist crochet hair. The gentleman took the time to go look to see if the product was in stock. He informed me that he had 3 bags left. I asked him to hold them for me as I was on my way. Took me less than 15 min to get there and the bags of hair had been sold!!! When I inquired as to what happen, his response was «we got busy». Very poor customer service.

Not bad for a beauty supply. Its pretty big facility. They seemed to have just about everything you not think to find in a beauty supply store. I saw butt lifters, butt shapers, waist shapers, cheap clothing, shoes and cheap plastic jewelry. They had tons and tons of weaves and wigs and a good variety of beauty supply products.
The store was really clean, they offered assistance to help me find what i needed and were reasonably priced.

Great selection and cheap prices, but I don’t understand not having a public restroom, especially for paying customers. I would have spent more money if I didn’t have to leave to go use the restroom next door.

Kiwi has all the typical items that a beauty supply carries… fake hair, hair products, and other fashion items. If you’re searching for Mizani products or a fashionable scarf to wear while working out, Kiwi is the place to go. They also sell leggings, hats, and nail accessories. Kiwi is reasonably priced and the employees are willing to help you find anything that is not easily found or accessible.

They have a decent selection of hair and an extensive selection of Marley hair. They have a lot of accessories, scarfs, leggings. The standard for most Asian owned beauty supply stores. The store is really big and I’ve yet to explore the whole store. It’s really convenient to central Arlington and open 7 days a week past 8 pm which is a bonus. I’ll continue to shop their the staff seem friendly enough and by that I mean I didn’t feel like i was being watched even though it was close to closing time.

I checked out the store after school and I was pleasantly surprised at the selection that they have. Some prices were quite reasonable, while some where cheaper elsewhere. I didn’t get explore that much, but the next time I go back, I will update my review on new finds.

Looked up b.s.stores on Unilocal and found this. Read the reviews and decided to go try tonight. Huge set of inventory, greet you when you arrive, overly helpful and great customer service. Prices are not marked up here. I love this store, normally as a woman of ethnicity, you get treated funny like you are going to steal something, but that did not happen here. Open 7 days a week, til 9pm, which is a plus because most b.s.stores in this area close early.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kiwi Beauty Supply! They have the best deals EVER on good quality hair! I’ve never been to a beauty supply store where they show so much concern for their customers until I went to Kiwi so they will definitely get my business from here on out!!!
