Delivery is super fast! I have never been inside this store before. I have only ordered delivery from here multiple times. There was only once when they got my order wrong but I can understand because the order was given over the phone and it was somewhat hard to hear.

I’m just saying I completely understand a delivery radius, but this store is 2.3 miles from my house and the Arkansas store is 2.4 miles from my house. They stop at pioneer at this store, and the Arkansas store stops at Park row. I’m literally right in the middle of the cut offs for two stores and neither will deliver here. Wtf

I had an excellent experience with this location. I ordered online for delivery to an apartment. Not only was the delivery super fast, but the sandwiches were Excellent! Everything was super fresh and I can honestly say this was the best sandwich I have ever eaten!

When I’m craving a sandwich and I don’t want too many options, and I don’t want to wait too long, this is the place I come too. The place is always clean, including the bathrooms. Not too big but enough space if you want to come in and have a sandwich. They don’t have a lot of variety but good enough for a quick bite. They have several choices of chips. My favorite are the jalapeño chips. As for my sandwich I love the club lulu. Very simple sandwich. Bread, turkey, bacon, mayo and for an up charge cheese. Sometimes I feel like having peppers with my sandwich. Well let’s say 80% of the time but… The peppers they have here are a bit different. I usually have either jalapeños or banana peppers. On several occasions– and it might happen to you if you never tried their peppers before– I just happen to ask for them on the side. I guess this is the hardest request at jimmy johns. Answers were as follows; –Can’t have them on the side per management. –You can have them on your sandwich but not on the side per company policy. –I would love to but we don’t have a container for them on the side. –Sorry we can’t. Anyways enough about the peppers. If you happen to take it to go. At the end of them making your sandwich they will NOT put it in a bag for you??? There is a bag and napkins for you to do it yourself. When asked the staff why? They answer, it takes time of out hands and there for the service might be slower… WTF ok. If you want a fast sandwich made or deliver this is for you. If you want bad customer service and a million of excuses this is for you. I do keep coming back because they do have good sandwiches but come on now. They get the 3 stars on taste alone. If I didn’t like their sandwiches prob be more like 1 star.

Im so disappointed in Jimmy John’s I order from there all the time but this time it was ridiculous I called to place my order the man said can u hold, I said yes not knowing I was going to be left on hold for over 10 min and that was only because I hung up. I called back and asked to speak with the manager and was placed on hold again thank god it wasnt 10 mins, so I told him what happen and he said oh that was my fault we got busy Im sorry. SMH! I wasn’t even placed on hold he just put the phone down and went about his business as the other phone is ringer and they are taking their orders what’s up with that omg. The manager didn’t seem like he cared sounded like he was overwhelmed and annoyed ready for me to get off the phone so I did, just that without a sandwich. I can’t say I won’t get Jimmy John’s anymore because they are one of the few places that deliver to my job. I just won’t be getting Jimmy John’s today lol

Freaky fast is right. I usually have my sandwich in hand before I am done paying. This is the spot my uncle always wants when he’s on my side of town. He goes straight ham on these sandwiches. This location is pretty small– but still efficient. I will say they have pretty awesome bread– its very chewy– so mot good after dental work(don’t ask lol). I Love their chips– the really crunch kettle style ones– I always pop a few on my sammich –yum! I will agree with Tiffany– they slather on the dressing with a heavy hand– so either scrape some off or tell them to ease up on it when you order. other than that I have never had a problem with a sandwich or order. They also deliver within a few mile radius and even if its only one sandwich!

Needed quick bite on the way to my friend’s presentation and decided to stop into the first quick serve sandwich place I saw. I’ve always found them very fast compared to competitors, and they are one of the cheaper ones too. I get the Number 13(ultimate veggie) with no mayo then I add sprouts, mustard, and spicy peppers. Overall, a tasty and healthy sandwich. Most locations also offer to sell you their day old bread too, I didn’t notice a sign for it at this one but then I wasn’t looking for it.

Absolutely awesome. Can’t beat this sandwich and the fact that it’s delivered in less than 30 mins is a win! LOVELOVELOVE this place! The Italian nightclub is my fave so far. I add mayo and Dijon. Have them dig out the bread, light lettuce, extra tomatoes tho and cut in half… PERFECTO! Would give them 5 stars if they had more toppings. Like sandwich pickles and banana peppers.

I think they have great bread and don’t get me wrong I love them having provolone cheese. BUTTTTT… they don’t have many toppings that I get, only lettuce and onion. So, I would think that they wouldn’t be SOOOOSTINGY on the 1 little piece of meat they put on the sandwich. that’s ridiculous. NEVERAGAIN. And this isn’t the first time this is every time I order from here and this will be the last time…(I know I should’ve learned my lesson earlier). Food is good but if you don’t like all the veggies they put on there it’s beyond a waste of money! See picture below…

This is a busy place. I prefer the competitor and only because of the bread. JJ breadis a little on the tough side. Service is great but sometime a bit overboad because of the freedoms they are allowed. One business no no for me is to here them complain about other customers. Oh well if i reall need a sandwich sure but i will pass most of the times. At least at this location.

Want a quick sub? This is the place if you are in a hurry. I honestly don’t know how they consistently make the sandwiches as fast as they do. I like sub sandwiches and I like this Jimmy John’s. The service is friendly, the restaurant is clean and the sandwiches are pretty darn good. It’s amazing how all the good sub shops have popped up all over the place. Subway, Pot Belly, Whichwich, Schatzki’s etc. This Jimmy John’s is in a league with all the better sub shops. It’s the bread that makes the difference. Their sub rolls are really tasty. So if you’re in a hurry and want a good sub, head to Jimmy John’s.

1. Which Wich 2. Quiznos 3. Subway … … 7115. Dirt 7116. Jimmy Johns Jimmy Johns has to be the worst place I have ever eaten at. I can’t believe I had to pay for a horrible whatever that thing was. I had a ham sub with mustard because mustard was one of the few choices I had. First bite, second bite… All I could taste was mustard. Bread was plain. I went to a different location thinking maybe this was just a bad location, …nope. Jimmy johns just has bad subs. My opinion but I wouldnt make a review unless a sub joint was soooooo bad.

I love JJ! The unwich is the best! Super fast delivery and the fact that they will deliver just one sandwich is great. Always had great service from this location.

So I have always been a Jimmy Johns fan. The food is fast, fresh and generally delicious. Which is why it pains me to have to write a less than sparkling opinion of it. After moving back to Texas, I was so excited to order a Jimmy John sub and have it delivered to my house! My fiancé and I were delighted when it came in less then 20 minutes, but the second we opened the sub we were disappointed. The #12 is supposed to have sprouts, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, lettuce, mayo, turkey, and cheese. The sub we got had little to no avocado, there was no sprouts or cucumber and there was so much Mayo that we had to take apart and remove most of it. I gave it a second try just not for lunch. I ordered the same thing except I personalized it with onions. Result — no cucumber, no sprouts, no avocado just lettuce onion and tomato. So so disappointing.

If I want a good«cold» sandwich, i’ll come here. They always have the AC blasting, so it feels great inside. I always get the Hunters Club with Dijon Mustard instead of Mayo and it never disappoints. The service is always fast and you never have to wait long at all. They also sell just the bread, which is probably the reason the sandwiches are so good.

I’ve eaten here a good number of times during college, before I joined Unilocal. That’s why I don’t have a review for this place. Otherwise, I would have been first *shakes fist* After college I moved away and stopped eating JJ for couple of years. That and I needed to lose the freshmen 15. JJ sandwiches are high in calories. Anyway, I got a job near a JJ in Mansfield and I started eating their sandwiches again… For me, this is like home. This was my first JJ location because I went to UTA. I will always be drawn to this location. And honestly, I think their sandwiches here taste better than some locations but thats just me. Maybe because it has a special place in my heart. lol there are no other locations like this one. I used to eat the Veto all the time!!! that is around 700 calories. I’m more hooked on the Turkey Tom now, more reasonable calories count. Just simple turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Easy ingredients but so goood!!! I tried making the Turkey Tom at home sometimes but it just doesnt taste the same! there’s something in that bread… This is a perfect stop for college kids. Healthier substitution for fast food and it’s cheap! $ 4.50 for a sandwich. That’s all I would get. I would buy a big bag of chips at the grocery store for $ 2 and that would last through five JJ sandwiches. Cheaper than buying a bag of chips with my sandwich, $ 1.25 plus tax! comes out to be $ 2 for a little bag so i rather have the bigger one. You know… college survival skills. Poor college students is what I represented well. LOL Freaking college tuitions… good to know my Finance degree just helped me calculate basic math I learned in FIRSTGRADE! or three years old because I’m Asian and my parents made me do math before I started school. HAHAHAHHA

I first heard about Jimmy Johns when I lived in Austin, and I knew they were most famous for their extremely fast delivery. Basically, everything you hear or read about the scary fast delivery is correct; my sandwich was made in about three minutes after I ordered it. Aside from the fast sandwich making, I was super disappointed with this particular Arlington location. The customer service was complete crap. I even told the person who was taking my order that it was my first time at a Jimmy Johns, and she gave me a pretty apathetic reaction and was in a huge rush to take the order and get my money. I asked for a Beach Club, but instead of having turkey, I wanted to have ham instead. I pretty much got eye rolls from the entire staff and was told that they absolutely would not substitute my meat and I would have to order a Vegetarian sub and pay an extra two dollars for meat. I went on ahead and ordered what they suggested for me, thinking that they would suggest something with my best interests in mind. When I got my sandwich, it was pretty much like a sandwich that I could make at home. Terrible quality ingredients that were no different from something I would simply buy at a local grocery store. As for the extra two dollars of meat, I only had about three or four slices of ham, which highly disappointing. I was also missing sprouts, and the avocado was spread onto only half of my sandwich. My sandwich tasted pretty much like chewy french bread that was overstuffed with lettuce. There are so many other amazing sandwich places in the DFW region; I highly suggest you skip past this one. The sandwiches are made so quickly, but I would rather endure a longer wait than to compromise the taste of something that will go into my body.

Cheaper than subway’s $ 5 footlong and much more yummy. I love their weird bread. It’s chewy. It’s quite addicting. I always go for the turkey tom with extra veggies. It doesn’t come with cucumbers so I’ll have them add it too.(free of charge) They’re a little heavy handed with the mayo so I usually tell them to go easy with it. They’re fast and have been consistent for me. Just be sure to grab the right sandwich. I ended up with ham once: x
