Jay’s Front-End Alignment and Auto Repair

I came to Jay’s Front-​End Alignment to have a broken wheel stud fixed. Jay was outgoing and took the time to explain the repair with me. He fixed my vehicle right up and had me on my way! Excellent service!

I’m a person who values life’s lessons both good and bad, and taking my car here for a simple front end alignment last week wasn’t good. They put my car on the lift and had these devices on the wheels, and in 15 minutes tell me I’m done. I was shocked at how fast it was and made a comment about it. I was told they have a fancy computer that does it. i drove off and my car was worse than when I took it in!!! So I thought I’ll take it back immediately but traffic was thick and I was on a schedule plus heading out of town the next day. Told myself let me see how it rides on the highway… not good either! So I would not suggest wasting your $ 60!!! They have an“out” on the receipt implying that for 1 or more reasons your alignment may still be off… ie tires, I just bought new ones before I went. Lesson learned, don’t go there.

Took my truck here after noticing strange tire wear. The shop guys were pretty nice and the prices are very competitive, though it took a while longer to align than they quoted. Seemed like a good trip.
A couple days later, my tire wear was even worse and the truck shook. Assuming I’d gotten a bad alignment, I took it to another shop. In less than an hour the other shop had tried to align my truck and found a break in the frame. With the broken frame, it can’t be aligned. It took the other shop less time to try the alignment and diagnose the real problem than it took Jay’s to just align the broken car.
I’ve heard great things about these guys and it wasn’t a totally bad experience, but if they didn’t notice the broken frame causing the front end to shake, then I have to wonder what other major problems they would miss.

I went to Jay’s after going to the dealership. Mazda said that i needed $ 2,500 in work to my front end. After taking my car to Jay’s, He stated that I just need some new tires. The entire staff was great and HONEST. I will definitely take my vehicles there in the future. Down with Hiley Mazda!

I had to get a new alternator for my car and they fixed me right up. Gave me estimates on other work that I need to have done on my car. The staff as well as Jay are all very nice and helpful. Jay even offered to get us a ride somewhere while the work was being done. Very reasonable prices. $ 60 for an alignment. Open 8:30−6pm M-​F and 8:30−5 on Saturday and also available for emergency calls. They do pretty much any kind of repairs you can think of.
