DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! They are a piece of crap company that will keep you on the phone for hours, until you fall into a coma. They cannot fix all problems, because they are online, and you need to be offline sometimes to fix a problem. They will never tell you this. I had to hire a real computer guy, after they messed up my computer and wiped out WORD. Long story short, save your money. Plus, I want to add they have fake good comments on Youtube about how good they are. Don’t believe it.

IYogi is the worst. The money you will spend on technical support is almost as much as buying a new computer. After they perform support, IYogi hassels with follow-​up calls and emails. The Customer Service department is likewise not good. Spoke with a CS person about my refund (after I cancelled my contract). CS person said his Supervisor would call me back in 10 minutes. It’s now more than 8 hours later… no call, nothing.
