I bought these inserts years ago, under the promise of less pain in my knees and feet. I paid $ 230, out of desperation and never wore them for more than an hour. They made the pain much more intense. When I called to talk to them about it they said I need to tolerate the pain to «break them in». Impossible! The pain was awful and I could not get a refund. they said no refund for any orthotics. I still have them and they are a reminder that desperation gives birth to stupidity. I will never fall for such a thing again.

This store is closed. And from what I have read it sounds like people are having trouble getting the «lifetime warranty» honored.

This office is closed down. Their is a sign on the door that says it has been locked because the rent has been paid. I emailed the main office at
and got no response. I spent $ 700 for lifetime fittings and replacements. That does no good when the store is closed down. Stay AWAY!

I went thru their «boot camp» to try out the orthodics for 30 days. THey probably DO work but i decided on alternative treatment for various reasons. The problem with this company is obtaining the promised refund. I followed their procedures as instructed and it has now been almost 7 weeks and still no refund check. Numerous calls have been made to corporate office. I actually spoke to an individual twice who promised me «check would be issued this week». SInce then i have left three messages with still no check being received or even confirmed to be issued. THAT IS A PROBLEM.

I returned product within a week and had to pay a 30% restocking fee on a $ 567. Ask about their fee for returning your purchase, and read small print.

Awesome service and great product.
I am fairly young (48) and was having some problems with my hip. I purchased the inserts for my shoes and voila! a year and a half later still no pain!

Great Decision.
I had ankle pain and planter fasciitis. Therefore, I went to Ideal feet to get some orthodics. The staff was very friendly they spent with me over 30 mins to understand the problems that I was having and to try out orthodics that provide a better balance.
A year later my planter fasciitis is gone at 100% and I am very satisfied with the results.
