It’s an airport, and I wouldn’t say the food is any better than average airport food; however, the service was outstanding. The entire staff is friendly and attentive and actually seemed to be having a good time working there. For an airport, that’s incredible.

So this is the only seating food area in terminal B for Delta wing. That being said, I don’t find it to be that bad. I had the BLT– it comes with a fried green tomato on it and avocado… SOLD. It’s served on ciabatta bread with fries, really can’t go wrong there. Yea the prices are higher but it’s an airport– the sandwich was $ 13. Pretty decent beer on tap. Pretty good seating amount and many of the tables have outlet plugs.

Presidential omelette. $ 13 and completely inedible. Pretty disappointing. The place is almost empty and im still getting barely any service.

Friendly service, food was appalling and incredibly overpriced. Eat, THEN go through security. One of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time.

This is the only choice for a sit down restaurant in terminal b. The other food options only offer counter service and seating is limited. Therefore, I gave it a try. They have a menu that you would expect for an airport restaurant with salads, sandwiches and a few other items. I ordered a salad that was good. It also came out quickly which I appreciated. I had enough time but from reading other reviews I was concerned if they would get it out to me fast enough. The service that I received was good. The only negative from a service perspective is that my water was left empty. The waitress did ask me if I wanted a refill as I was paying the bill. Another downside to this restaurant is that you have to sit very close to the table next to you. There isn’t much room so it gets a little tight with all the bags, etc.

5 hour flight delay so I dropped in here for breakfast. The Presidential omelet was better than average. Starbucks is directly across from the restaurant. BROC… bring your own coffee. You will be much happier. Orange juice obviously from concentrate. Skip the breakfast potatoes… little chunks of potato that were cooked earlier this morning. Asked if I wanted wheat toast(which I did) but, since they were out of jelly/jam, I’m wondering in that was the only bread available. There was one butter pat in the dish on the table. When informing me that they were out of jelly, the server said that they had butter… and I could have more if I wanted it. I didn’t but asked her to bring extra. Thinking of the person who would occupy this table after me. Service continued to decline throughout meal. Guess you could say typical airport food… except airports are getting much smarter about dining choices these days.

This review contrasts the other review for District quite significantly– I did not have the food(though it looked delicious, and I overheard other patrons claim their food was delicious) but was shown excellent service by Erik at the bar. Each stool boats an individual iPad on which one can play games, check one’s flight status, et al. There are also(currently) multiple big-screen televisions playing the Nats game(insert seasonal sport here). If I ever have time to kill at Reagan National, I’ll be sure to return!

This was a newly renovated bar since the last time I flew out of this area of Reagan National, and while the food and the appearance are better, the service was HORRIFIC… you’re an airport bar. You have two jobs. Get me drunk, and get me my food quick. You failed at both. Girlfriend and I ordered our first round, no problem… the bar tender was friendly enough and helpful and even let my beau try the ginger beer before she ordered her drink with it which was nice… it went down hill from there… our drinks sat empty for a LONG time and I finally had to overtly make eye contact and plead with my eyes that my drink get refilled… we were undecided as to whether or not to order food given that we were cutting it close for making our flight… we decided do it… it’s an airport restaurant right? I mean, they HAVE to be keenly aware that EVERYONE there is there to make a flight… right? WRONG! I placed my order at 5:57PM… Finally at 6:20 I asked the manager to check… she said she would, and then proceeded to not say another word to me… Finally 27 minutes later we got our food and boarded the plane… To their credit, maybe it took a long time because it was legitimately good… but come on… 27 minutes for some buffalo tenders and fries… of course, if I fly through National airport again, I’ll be going back, what choice do I have? But I won’t like it…
