The workers were reusing the plastic gloves they wear, which I thought was absolutely foul. They also wiped the knife in between cutting sandwiches with an old, visibly filthy rag.

I got the gyro sandwich and it was chock full of mayo. It was essentially a pita and mayo sandwich with a lazy toss of thickly chopped lettuce on top. The lady who gave me my food tried to pull it together while I was standing there since it was so loosely wrapped but to no avail, it flopped sadly open again as I took it from her. I should have realized the quality since there was no line at all.

Above average for the Pentagon Fashion Center food court. Fast and courteous service. The chicken wrap is very good. So is the Greek Bowl.

Don’t be tempted to go to the ‘healthy’ food court option. The wraps are not worth the money. The portions are small and the produce is not fresh. The bacon in my Turkey BLT wrap was not fully cooked. Next time I’ll eat before I come, or go to a brand I trust and look for a non-​fried option.
The upside is the manager was very understanding and remade the wrap with adult sized meat portions.

False advertising. There is nothing «great» about this place. The hot wrap I ordered was cold. The cheese fries were rubbery and undercooked. The service was poor and disorganized. The only redeeming quality was that the line was short, but now I know why. Even for food court fare, this was notably terrible food.

Food is ok, costumer service is terrible, they overcharge you and don’t care if the order on the receipt is accurate also to add insult to injury they charge you 25 cents if want extra chipotle sauce. Portions are also very small. Thumbs down.

I’m not a picky eater at all but I just got a wrap from here that I couldn’t even eat. The tortilla was barely warm, the one slice of turkey was of a ridiculously low quality and the creamy feta sauce (aka mayo) was spewing out everywhere. Both the wrap and the fries were disgusting. Should’ve gone to the McDonald’s…or better yet the Panera right next door.
