Got home and had wrong items on my burgers. How hard is it to put the right topping on the burgers?

Little pricy, but really, really great tasting burgers that you get to pick your own toppings. That’s the way to go, and I thought I was the only crazy person to like A1 on their burgers? But here I can have all the extra pickles, onions and A1 I want on a burger. And the fries. The fries will get you in trouble if you aren’t sharing them with others. They give a lot and they need to be endured with other parties. Also, they have one of those Coke machines you can choose yourself which flavors you want to mix and match it’s my favorite. I love a Cherry, Vanilla Coke. Yes, Five Guys Burgers and Fries!

Average burger place in my opinion. Everybody reads about them is there a lot more places that are out there that are better. Not saying the service is bad, but there are other burgers out that they have a better taste. However my wife loves this place, so anything to make her happy.

Consistent great quality at this location. Always friendly — check at table if satisfied. Been here several times. Really enjoy all the burger topping choices. Price is steep but with large single portions — learned to split meal — makes it enjoyable & economical.

Awesome fries! VERY unimpressive burger! The«grilled» mushrooms were wet, the bun quickly became soggy, and it all quickly fell apart. Definitely not worth the $ 13+ for the burger, fries, and drink. :(

The burgers are great, the fries are great — get Cajun! However the prices are $$$, I believe I paid $ 22 for two burgers, a portion of fries and one drink. FYI — share fries! The portions are large enough. I was tempted to give only 3 stars, but the burgers are great, I usually get the works. Coke freestyle machines are great, and free peanuts to munch on while you wait.

This is the most amazing burger place in the whole wide world. I LOOOVEE it. I guess it’s a bit pricey, but this is not McDonalds alright. This is quality burger. The staff is always VERY sweet sometimes. We usually come in late, right before closing time. They gave us free drinks because we did not order any since we have a big family, and free fries for my baby brother as well. It was extremely kind! They do mess up sometimes though. I was very disappointed when I came here on my birthday with my friends. They messed up about 4 burgers and did not put the right toppings on there, or even forgot the double patty. My friends were too afraid to go say something, so I went and told the cooks what happened and they offered to make a new burger, free of charge(the customer is always right). Everyone messes up, but these people handled it very well. This place does get crowded, so I like to come at night before closing. They always have country music playing, which totally goes with the mood and feel of the whole place. It helps me chomp on that burger lol.

Flavorful burgers with all the toppings and hand cut French fries with generous portions. A little hamburger($pp4.39) satisfies kids and those with small or medium appetites. If you are hungry or don’t like lots of toppings get the larger one($ 6.29; bacon cheeseburger $ 7.99). I skip the bacon cheese and go for the hamburgers with«everything plus jalapeños»). Large fry($ 4.99 fed the family. The downside of this place is the price. Two adults and 3 kids cost is $ 45.

The best burger you could possibly have in your life! It may be pricey but since the food is high quality it’s worth it! I get the cheeseburger with Cajun fries and its good EVERYTIME I go! Complementary peanuts while you wait and they usually have it ready in a good time! Enjoy!

I love Five Guys. Five guys hamburger was also my wife one of favorite hamburger. We went to FG two night ago, and I ordered cheese burger, and my wife order little bacon cheese burger. You can choose any sauce, baggies, and mushroom. Also, we ordered small fries, and it was plenty. You guys should try, and I recommend to eat there, not to-go because bun may be soggy. However, if you eat there, it should be perfect.

I’ve eaten at several Five Guys places over the years but it had been awhile since I’d been in one, and had made a note to try this one out. Finally got the opportunity. I’ve always liked Five Guys. I made the mistake first time of getting the regular size burger, and the double meat was too much for me, and it was a hassle trying to eat the thing. Since then I get the«little» burger, single patty, which is just right, because the«little» size fries is enough for two people, and what’s a burger without fries? C’mon people. I can get a better burger for the $ 12 it cost me for a bacon cheeseburger, with fries and a drink. While it may be a little pricey, they don’t nickel and dime you for regular add on’s like grilled onions, or extra this or that. If you weigh that in, plus if you like to eat handfuls of free, you shell em peanuts, then the price isn’t anything out of the ordinary. Burgers are always good, fries are fresh cut and you get a huge serving of them, free soda refills, and all the peanuts you can shell and scarf down make Five Guys pretty reasonable. Service and wait times are always fast when I’ve gone in. If I have the time, and there’s one in the area, I won’t hesitate to stop back in.

Good burgers and hot dogs. The fries usually come overfilled in the bag and it can be good to share for two people. It depends if you like your fries with Cajun seasoning or plain ol’ regular spuds. The establishment tells you where they received the potatoes from on a sign on the wall. Help yourself to some peanuts, they’re free while you wait. I like this location in Arlington better than the one in Cedar Hill, where you get sometimes get your burger charred and burned.

If it wasn’t for those infamous peanuts and the quality of the food, I wouldn’t eat here. $ 7.09 for a bacon cheeseburger? I know there are two patties, but the burger isn’t even all that big! Don’t get me wrong – fries – crunchy, real-potatoey, lightly salted. Burger – juicy, all-natural, yummy melty cheese. Hot dog – one of the best I’ve EVER had – juicy and meaty too – BUT. You have to pay for everything separately. I’d rather a combo. It’s frustrating, because I love the food, I really do. They always overflow the fry cups with tons of fries so you end up eating out of the bag instead of the cups. I just wish everything wasn’t so pricey. Our last visit here we got a bacon cheeseburger, two fries, two drinks, and a hot dog. Our total came to $ 19.24 plus tax. Um. Other fast food places you’ll pay at least 5 – 6 dollars less. Oh well. The restaurant isn’t huge, and the tables are teeny. We had to strategically place everything so we had room to eat, lol. The large, unopened bags of peanuts take up a lot of space.(I wish I’d run away with one of them though. The little carton of peanuts I took home just wasn’t enough!). I like the red and white checkered menu, however, and the uniforms are cool. Service is good too. Will I be back? When I have $ 20-something dollars to spend on a burger, yes. So probably not for a while, lol.

Well, if you are going to try Five guys, well, try it right. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, not the little. I loved all of the options that you can put on it. Well. Mushrooms, onions, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles, an absolutely, delicious mess. I also had no idea that the large fry is a LARGE fry. For the price, almost $ 14.00, even thought the burger was good, and the fries were OK, I don’t think that it justifies the expense. I had a Chili’s bacon cheese burger yesterday, that cost $ 9.00 and you know, it was pretty good. I can say that I tried Five Guys, but I don’t think I will be back.

Outside of Arlington, I have had Five Guys within a half-mile of my residence, but I always seem to wait to return to Arlington before trying a national powerhouse of burgers or the such. I just feel like returning to the homeland in order to see the transplants that come into this«dump of a town» provides me such a more glorious meal, seeing as I have been deprived of these great eateries through childhood. So, this may be one of the only times that I review a national burger joint – in fact, I will never again review a Five Guys in Texas. I just want to set the precedent for myself in that I want to document my first time here and compare my others to such critique. Unfortunately, the service played a role in this case, and it usually should not; unless something is just off. Onwards. The burger is so ridiculously awesome at Five Guys. What separates it? Obviously, the endless number of possibilities, centralizing around the FREE barrage of topping choices. I mean, mushrooms, grilled onions, fresh jalapenos? Where does the greatness stop? It definitely doesn’t stop at the free peanuts, conveniently placed at the front of the line and at the drink counter. But wait… wouldn’t people munching on them going up to the line figure that they want to order less, since peanuts or free? This is exactly what their strategy is. Peanuts merely whet the appetite, so as to stimulate a spike in digestion, thus allowing you to order more. All too smart, Five Guys Burgers and Fries! The fries? $ 3 may sound like a lot for a regular-sized order… but beware, my friends. They actually purposely give you a small cup for your fries because they stuff the rest of your bag with fries. Yeah, this is one of their awesome«corporate» ploys in order to rake in the awards. And they are doing it right – I love copious amounts of fried tubers. Fresh-cut, to boot. Oh, and they offer«cajun» style. Lots of seasoning-laden zing. Five Guys, you got my vote. But I just don’t like the douche bag working the counter. A little disrespectful, if you ask me – giving me the dirty eye and snide look as I ask for an additional water cup.

This is probably one of my favorite burgers but for some reason the last couple times i’ve come to this location, the food and service has not been up to par. There was no line, and I still waited almost 15 – 20 minutes for my order and they were out of a lot of condiments that took quite a while to get refilled. When I got my food, the fries were a little cold and the burger was not as good as the other times i’ve gone to other 5 Guys locations. Everything was put together –extremely messy and the flavor was not there.

First off, any place that has complimentary peanuts… I’M A FAN!!! With that being said, we enjoyed the atmosphere & thought the burgers were great. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 Star is their fries. Sadly we were disappointed. Average at best. Other than that, this place is pretty good!
