Ordering was simple and my egg white omelet with spinach and chicken came out hot and fresh. It came out quick and it tasted great. I’m most definitely coming back and trying other menu items. Excited to let people know about this place. Arlington needed this!

Love this food and store! The owners and staff are so great and they greet you with a smile every time you walk in the door!!! And they remember you all the time. And… the food is great… especially the ground turkey and beef! Everything is fresh and seasoned so well. I’m moving to St Louis. and I will truly miss this place. I know there will not be another place like Fit Fuel!

I’m not a happy customer today. I don’t like the fact that all of their breakfast items have egg whites only. This is the second time I’ve been there where they say they are out of whole eggs. The owner and manager must not be up to date on the most recent nutritional advice. Eggs are some of the most nutrient dense foods and you are robbing yourself of great healthy fats by only offering egg whites. This is one major flaw in their offerings. They do have avocado as an extra side but their meals in general need to include healthy fats. They were also out of bison and salmon.

The owner or owners need to get off there butt and run this restaurant. How can you be out of 3 main items at 2:30 pm. I don’t want precooked dried out chicken. Why does your menu look like a k5 chalk board? I’d like to give this place a good review. They have good ideas execution is piss poor.

Alright, here it goes. This location is a mixed bag. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars and not 5 is because I’ve had multiple sub par experiences here but I’ve also had many good experiences. It really depends on the staff they have working, most of the morning crew are competent and have quick service, but sometimes in the afternoon I really wonder who hired some of the new people, lacking some basic customer service skills and they need to seriously work on who’s doing what because they looked like chickens running around with their heads cut off. Alright now let’s get to the food, I’m gonna be honest and say if you’re a macro freak then this will be your heaven. Now as for the food, I’m really unsure as to what here is organic, I know for a fact that none of the breakfast items are, but they claim the meat and veggies to be natural and organic. As for the flavor of the food I love the chicken with either the applewood or Cajun. They recently raised their prices to around $ 8 a plate and they now charge .50 cents for the sauces and they used to come with your meal so that was a bit of a turn off. My suggestion? Add a bigger variety of veggies and either stick to raw broccoli or don’t over cook/steam it. The carb options are fine, would like to see maybe more proteins options added as well, maybe bison or salmon, even if it comes at a heftier price. And your smoothies could use some work, most of the time I have huge ice chunks and almost no taste. Add more green smoothies & juices with kale etc. But for the time being a solid 3 stars. Also due to the fact that Arlington is severely lacking any sort of place similar to this with such speedy service. Okay so here’s an update, they’ve added salmon and tilapia to the menu. I tried the salmon and oh man, don’t think I’m trying that again, not for $ 9.50. It honestly tasted like canned salmon and had the same texture, but they told me it was«smoked». It was extremely salty and I couldn’t even finish the whole thing. I was expecting a nice salmon filet but I guess not. Still have to try the tilapia. I am glad they’re trying new things out though. I waited until 9:20 this morning for someone to show up and open the store when their sign clearly says 9AM and was late to work and I didn’t get any breakfast, and there was also 3 other people standing outside that also left empty-hand… Well in this case empty-bellied. Lol.

I’m super happy they finally built something like fit fuel in Arlington. Dallas and ft worth have tons of these little meal prep joints but driving out there is a hassle. Food here is good, if your looking for a lot of options this is not that, I’m used to eating the same couple things as I eat food for fuel not for taste mostly, Which this place is called fit fuel so… Haha. BUT not to undermine the taste. The applewood chicken is good, as well as the sweet potatos. Could they use more options? Yeah probably, But over all I was happy.

I have found my new place to eat after the gym! I have heard many great reviews about the location in Dallas; when I saw one popped up in Arlington, I was so excited to try it out! I went for the second time today(first time I just bought a protein shake). I wanted to eat something healthy after a good workout. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted, and asked if I have ever been there before. The gentlemen helped me with the menu, and told me how everything worked there. I chose the sirloin, broccoli, and steamed rice for my meal; the checkout process is quick, and painless(All of that plus a large ice water was only $ 8 with tax! Such an awesome price). It was a bit slow in the restaurant, so I got my food incredibly fast! At first glance, I did not think the portion of food would satisfy my hunger. I was completely wrong! The portioning was perfect! I am a local hairdresser — I will be spreading the word of this affordable, tasty, and healthy restaurant to all of my guest & co workers!

I got the fit fuel grill smoothie. It was tasty and the price was ok. The execution could use a little work. I waited about 20 minutes for my smoothie. They’re new so I’m sure it’ll get better with time. Will be back to try the food.

Don’t get me wrong, the food is good here. It’s healthy AND flavorful! But, why is it every time I go to Fit Fuel Grill, they are always out of something?! Oh, we’re out of green beans, our farmer will be back tomorrow. Oh, we don’t have any more bagels, do you want to come back tomorrow. Oh, we actually don’t have anymore chocolate protein, do you want vanilla? OMG… so frustrating AND annoying. I don’t live in Arlington, so it is a hassle for me to go back. Oh, not to mention, the red potatoes are not cooked all the way through. I hate biting into a crunchy potato. When I asked that they are well done, I get home and they’re STILL crunchy! I gave them three stars because the food is good here. That is when they have what I actually want and when the potatoes are cooked!

I’ve eaten here a couple of times, and each time it’s been good.(Love the protein Waffles!) I think the thing to realize here is that this place isn’t a traditional restaurant per se even though the«dine-in» food is tasty. It’s business niche is to provide organic portioned food for people who are striving to maintain a healthy lifestyle. In the past week, I’ve also started placing online orders for meals to go, and I have been very happy with the product. Online meal ordering is simple, and picking the orders up has also been very quick in store. The meals are appropriately priced to me as well. I would recommend FFG to friends.
