Gotta have a Dunkin Donuts experience while I’m on the east coast… Even if it is at the airport.

Terminal C is a sad place to be, but apparently they are upgrading and adding new places to eat. Thank God — maybe this will make this DD step its game up. You can’t get your bagel toasted(WTF?), and you can’t add espresso to your coffee(like you can in every other airport coffee place I’ve ever been to in the WORLD). Woe is me for flying American Airlines in and out of DCA so regularly — though if my options are this crappy DD or a long drive to Dulles, I’ll take the mediocre coffee. I guess.

Sure its 24 hours. Doesnt mean the entire menu is 24 hours. No toasted bagel. No hash browns. Nothing involving any prep before 5am. Pathetic.

Fast and quick service but for those who are looking for dunkaccinos, you won’t find them here.

This place was right by my gate, so I checked it out. The line was long, but the prices here were reasonable(surprising since it’s inside an airport). The icing on the glazed donuts had sunk into the donuts, so they looked old. The lady claimed they’d just been made that morning, which was clearly B.S. because I was there at 5 am, and brand new donuts don’t look like that! I got a glazed donut anyway, as well as a chocolate-covered one. I’ll never know how old those donuts actually were, but they were good.

This dunkin was not good. If you want coffee in this terminal go somewhere else. First off the line was very long. Once we got to the register I could understand why. The cashier was on his cell phone and trying to operate two cash boxes at once. Not efficient. He first offered a muffin flavor that he did not end up having, then stated a total price that was not accurate because as I handed him the change he said I was short. Also another employee who was working was offering to make people’s coffee orders while waiting in line to speed up the process. She very rude at the way she offered this service. Also she did not make the right coffee order. However the line was too long to get a new order once this was discovered. The workers at this particular dunkin need education on customer service and best practices. I wish I could rate this place zero stars instead.

Fast and easy. That’s about it. They get you in and out, which, don’t get me wrong, is great for an airport. However, customer service pretty much sucks and they were super rude to me. Coffee was average and of course the donuts were great.

Located inside terminal C. Coffee is ok. Line moves quick. Bagels and donuts are brought in from off site. My bagel this AM was a little on the stale side also more importantly, no such thing as slicing and toasting at this location. Bagels are served cold and uncut. Disappointing. Value is the name of the game here as other breakfast options are much more expensive. No breakfast sandwich selections either.

Super easy and convenient for folks getting on a flight. The lines are long, but they move quickly. If all you want is a coffee and a donut then this is your spot.

How does a Dunkin Donuts have no butter for bagels? Forget this place.

I simply love DD and believe it has one of the best commercial coffees in the market. I was really excited to see a DD is at Reagan in Terminal C. Unfortunately, DD is located right outside the security gate. I simply do not get the logic behind the decision. Nothing would be better than have a fresh cup of DD coffee on the flight. Being a frequent visitor of Reagan, I know allocate extra time to sit down and suck down my extremely hot and fresh DD coffee. Let me add the breakfast sandwiches and oatmeal are very good here.

Located in Terminal C of Reagan Airport, a great place for some morning fuel before your flight. They don’t take gift cards, coupons, etc., but you can get coffee and requisite donuts. The coffee is generally good, the donuts are suspect. Made off-site, I would think, so they are stale. Blech.

A wonderful Dunkin that suffers from a severe geographic flaw; it’s located just outside security for Terminal B! So if you just ordered breakfast you’re going to have to gulp down that iced coffee before heading to your flight.
