Once again, I tried going to this DD. There is a woman who works in there cannot speak very good English and she is nasty. My wife tried to use her App on the phone and the waitress acts like she’s never seen one. We always go to Burlington, MA and get the nicest people to wait on us, but Arlington at 369 Mass. Ave., especially this older woman is awful. We have complained about her before. She needs lessons in waiting on the public.

I’m a fan of DD but came here and was served by a grumpy«I hate my life working here» Indian woman. Was so rude with her tone and body language when we needed an extra minute to figure out what we wanted. Food and drinks were decent as usual for DD. Bottom line: If you hate your life working there, quit now so you stop giving DD loyal customers the crappiest experience ever.

Food: This is where the 2 stars come from. I order a tuna sandwich and it was gross. On another day, I ordered a turkey sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and the muffin was burnt and hard. I ate half of it and threw the rest away. I also ordered hash browns, and they were cold. I literally had to take them home and microwave them(which takes away any crispiness they had, so they were soggy afterwards). And what’s more, it took them 10 – 15 minutes to get my order of turkey sausage muffin + hash browns, which is very slow for a fast-food establishment. It’s not like these items are made-to-order or anything. Coffee: great, typical DD coffee. Atmosphere: Clean interior, which is nice. Very few seating(a few small tables and uncomfortable chairs). Employees: Not friendly, not mean either. Just ok. So I would go to this DD for drinks, but definitely not for food.

Very good food and drinks. The best iced coffee and the people are really nice. Good donut variety too, most don’t have these many donuts. Coffee tastes fresh every day.

I have been known to buy a DD egg sandwich, or even two, when it’s convenient. That is to say, when I was pregnant and in the New Haven train station, circumstances unlikely to repeat themselves. But you never know. So when DD corporate HQ cordially invited me, via coupons sent to my home, to stop in at a nearby shop, I did. Perhaps they could become part of my new weekly routine? No. When I placed my modest order and used my coupon I got so much stinking attitude from the people working there that I instantly hated myself, them and all the other patrons in line. I’ll just go back to spending a little more, a little less frequently, at my local bakery, thank you very much.

Really just like any other Dunkin’ Donuts place. Service was good, donuts were good, interior was clean, bathroom was also clean.

I, also, just started a new job, and I have discovered this dunkin donuts… It’s the same, obviously, as other DD’s, but this place is packed… i mean PACKED all the time… and the staff does a fantastic job of moving the line right along. I got in line near the door this morning, and I was out in less than 5 minutes. Nothing special to say about DD in general… but this place does a much better than average job.

Since starting my new route to work, I have added this DnD to my morning routine. I’m giving it 4 stars, but if I wrote this a month ago, it would have gotten 1. Here’s the deal. I like gourmet-type coffee but I also love DnD. This DnD is particularly convenient to my house, so when it opened I went. For 6 months, I have walked into this same GD DnD at the same time every morning, Monday through Friday and order the same thing — «medium iced coffee — milk three equal.» Not only did I have to repeat this everyday(at least once), but also I would have to politely decline their fine offer of donuts or muffins. You know, I worked at the Gap in college — I know you have to push another item, but seriously… everyday? I also worked at DnD when I was in high school(obviously, I was the cool kid). Now, I’m not the smartest guy in the world, but it really only took 5 visits in a row before I had some incling of what regular customers would be ordering… me? 6 months? c’mon AND… the person who always asks me ISNOT the one who remembers — it’s the shift mgr. Dig her. Cashier — me no diggie. Yesterday I went in about 30 minutes earlier than I usually do. She(cashier lady) doesn;t say a word to the person in front of me — get’s her the coffee — «Hi! How are you today? Coffee and a plain donut!!!» Me: Can I help you? Cream 2 sweet and low… grrrrr Shift manager saved the review. This one was inspired by another a-town Unilocaler. And brought to you by the letter C. The actual names of the DnD employees have been changed to protect their privacy.
