Its the closest laundromat near my apartment. Moving in the area last summer coming from an apt with a washer and dryer included ia for the birds… I wish they had early hours on Sunday, and they have lots of washers that dont work. what a bummer. I dont have many options so im stuck going here until we move.

On October 31st I came home to a flooded home. I found them online and thought they were angels. I took tons of wet soggy clothing to them, and returned two days later to what I truly believed was beautifully folded clean clothing. Once I got down to the business of unpacking my laundry they helped with I began to notice a theme. All of my clothing was a few sizes smaller/shorter. So much so that my 13 year old daughter who is 5 ft 2 and 90 pounds could wear them. Did I go on a emotional eating binge during the repair and renovations of my home? NO not at all. They dried everything on high in order to get it done quickly. In addition to the ruined items, five pairs of my son’s jeans were gone. So they are dishonest as well. I understand that time is of the essence, and that for many of us shortcuts are often necessary. Unfortunately, this is not the case when you are in an industry where repeat business is mandatory in order to be a viable business. I spent one hundred and forty five dollars to get nearly 300.00 worth of clothing stolen or damaged. All of the items ruined were machine washable, but like many clothes today must be dried on low. I guess I could attempt to get reimbursed for the damages they caused, but if life has taught me anything, it’s that more often than not these guys just do not care. If they did, they would have been more honest to begin with. In short, I think I would have a better chance of winning the lottery. So take my advice. Steer clear of this place. I would rather wash laundry for eight hours a day for a straight week than run the risk of my clothing being damaged beyond repair ever again. For the owners or managers, pay your people well, hire competent, legal, caring staff– hold yourself and your company to a higher standard. If not, you are soon to be out of business, there is no way you can remain in business with the practices/employees you currently believe to be suitable.

I’ve had multiple patches sewn on my leather motorcycle vest and they have all been perfect. My dry cleaning is always great and they are very fast.

I thought long and hard about posting the pictures of the sport coat this place mangled. I don’t like to do that to anyplace but this outfit is doing this for money and advertising as professionals. I had the sleeves shortened about a half an inch on two $ 175 dollar sport coats. The end result was worse than I could have accomplished myself. The work isn’t just bad, it’s scary bad. I’m surprised they didn’t set their results on fire, bury the ashes, and call them lost. Ultimately, I decided to post this because instead of examining the results and not charging me for allowing them to damage my clothes, they simply passed them off. I could go back and make a fuss but that won’t prevent future fiascos for other people. Also — at this point, I dont want them touching my clothing — ever. I don’t want them brushing crumbs off an old t-shirt. The fortunate part is, they didn’t actually shorten the sleeves very much. They simply mangled them so I’m hoping someone that really can use a needle and thread can fix them. Bottom line: $ 350 worth of jackets mangled.
