I ordered a pasta from the Domino’s on Mayfield in Arlington at about 10:20 pm. Order was quality checked at 10:42, sent out about 11pm after I called, sat on hold for 10 minutes and was told I was the next order out. He finally arrived at 12:14 pm after calling at 12:05 and after confirming that I still wanted it, said he would be there in 5 minutes. When my boyfriend asked to see if the order was accurate before paying, he refused multiple times to show either of us the order and threatened to leave. He then sped off after refusing to show us the order. THEMONEYWASINMYBOYFRIEND’S HANDTHEWHOLETIMEHEWASASKINGTOCHECKFORACCURACY

Terrible. Just awful. Tonight, I attempted to order from the smart phone app at both this store and the Bardin St. store. The error on the app said«Store Cannot Be Reached– This store is having problems with online ordering, would you like to call the store?» So I did only to find out that they don’t honor coupons from the app. I had one for two large, 2 topping pizzas & a two liter of Coke for $ 19.99. The Bardin store said they wouldn’t honor it either after I spoke with a manager. So it’s my fault that the app is faulty? They also said that they are a franchise & exempt from having to honor the coupon… Then why have your store as an option on the app? Very inconvenient for the customer. Pizza Hut just down the street heard my issue and gave me the deal. Better customer service there. Two thumbs down for these two Dominos stores.

Order consistency is an issue with this location. Sometimes it is very good, other times It is completely horrible for example, toppings scarce and placed in the very center of the pizza and not cooked all the way through. Delivery driver’s are great. But it’s not worth it to order from them.

30 $ for 2 medium thin crust pizzas. But that wasn’t the only problem! I used to order this on occasion and it was always good. This time… hamburger, pepperoni and mushroom(as always), I counted about 27 crumbs of hamburger, and was upset about not getting mushrooms as ordered, until I looked again and saw maybe 12 small black pieces. Half the outer crust was burnt, no sauce on the outer portion. Very dry, absolutely the worst pizza I have ever had! Never again! Should have listened to my wife and used the Red Baron from the freezer.

I’m a fan of this particular location because they read my little requests when I place my orders. Every order I have place has been correct and they carry gluten free crusts! They are efficient and very friendly. I know that I can call in my order and by the time I drive there from work, my pizzas are ready for pick up. Thanks for making my pizza run easy and efficient guys!
