Staff tend to ignore walk-in customers, talking among themselves away from counter. Are they not interested to service walk-ins? Weird.

We had takeout from here recently as we felt it was too hot/humid to cook at home. We placed our order online and the pizza was ready by the time I drove there and parked(less than 10 minutes later). The quality of the pizza was decent and I think we might be ordering from here in the future since the process was so easy.

Very rude. I walked in with a friend and we were waiting in front of the cashier. They saw us, but ignored us. We waited patiently as they may be busy. We continued to wait and they never came to us. Losing patience, we were about to walk out. As we were getting ready to walk out, another woman came in. As soon as she came into the store, the cashier came to the front to immediately greeted her instead. I don’t know if they didn’t help us because we looked young, but we weren’t served at all…

Terrible service. We waited for 10 minutes after they saw us before they even walked over to us. The guy was so impatient with our questions and actually walked away with attitude in the middle of us asking him a question. He didn’t come back for a couple minutes. The guy was really rude the entire time and looked like he hated this job/the customers. Overall a really terrible experience…
Try their thin crust bacon pizza with BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce. It’s actually quite good! Fast and very inexpensive(less than $ 10 for carryout during the week). Not gourmet, but still pretty darn good.

This is not your father’s Dominos. Great pizza. Made with care. Delivered on time. Support your local tasty pizza makers.

Quick, hot, and easy just the way I like it! Dominos isn’t going to win any awards for the quality and taste of their pizza for sure. Where they do shine is price, speed of delivery, and how easy it is to order online.

Domino’s was a place I stayed away from for years. Ordering their pizza was like the Russian Roulette of pie. Sometimes it was good, sometimes it was bad, and sometimes it was borderline poison. When they revamped their marketing and product a few years ago, I decided to give them another try. There is something to be said for a company that admits they f*cked it all up. Since then, I find(depending on location) that the pizza is much more consistent and actually tasty. I know what you are saying, you pizza snobs, «I can’t believe anyone would order from there. Pizza should only be topped with fresh grated parmigiano-reggiano from the region of Modena. Dried basil? Ugh, you haven’t lived until you have tried the dark opal basil picked from my all organic urban farm.» We get it, there is better pizza in the world and you are much fancier that I. But when I am looking for a good/cheap pizza, I turn to this Domino’s — Arlington. The delivery is fast, the product hot and the drivers are always very friendly. My one piece of constructive criticism is to work on the stuffed cheesy bread. The Cambridge location on Mass. does it much better.

I had a pretty good experience with the Domino’s location. Unlike some of the other reviews I’ve seen. I ordered online for delivery, which was a smooth easy process as I’ve experienced before. Delivered within expected time frame. Nice enough driver. The food was pretty good. I ordered for a few people so we got the 5.99 specials. We got the chicken alfredo pasta dish, chicken parm sub, and spinach & feta cheesy bread. All three were slightly burnt on edges, but not enough to grossly effect the flavor of the food. Otherwise it all tasted pretty good. Not 5 star restaurant quality, but I think people need to realize it’s dominos and not a high end restaurant. Very good deal for the meal at 5.99 each choice. I’ll probably order from this location again when I’m in the mood for dominos. I would recommend asking for extra sauce when ordering a pasta dish as it greatly improves the taste.(And amount of sauce actually left after it goes through the oven) I wish the same«extra sauce» option was available for the chicken parm sub. Unfortunately for online ordering it’s not an option, and I feel that would have improved the sandwich.(So would have breaded chicken as opposed to the plain grilled in my opinion) But hey, it’s still a decent meal deal for multiple people at a reasonable price.

It is Domino’s. From that alone, one can discern that the quality of food is awful. Nonetheless, I tortured myself ordering from this dive more than once after being lured in by their 5−5−5 deal. I stopped after realizing they should probably be paying me to eat their revolting food. Their driver at the time(large, rotund Pakistani fellow) was also incredibly rude and had a tendency to bang loudly on my downstairs door rather than ring the bell. The other, younger driver forgot my food and so had to make two trips, though to his credit, he was at least apologetic for this snafu. In short, I can make better pizza with a toaster and the service leaves much to be desired. For slightly more money, you can get decent(though far from great) pizza at the Papa Gino’s a few blocks up Mass Ave.

They are pretty consistent at being mediocre. I’ve ordered from here a few times since they end up being one of the last things to close in Arlington, and I was dying of starvation. However, sometimes they didn’t get all the topping right on my pizza, but at that point I really didn’t care. Meh…

While the pizza is decent for fast food, the service was not so great. The delivery guy came with one out of the two pizzas I ordered and said he would be right back. An hour later, I called the restaurant and they said they would send him right back with the other pizza I had already paid for and also send cheesy bread. A different driver came back and LETHIMSELFINMYHOUSE to bring in the second pizza and told me the other guy was«new and not so good». He then said he would be back with cheesy bread. He never came. This place is pretty bad.

The quality varies… sometimes good mostly not. When its not good its usually because the dough is undercooked… used to like the chicken kickers… and those have shrunk in size recently… I usually get the $ 19.99 coupon for the large pizza, kickers and a bread/dessert side… not that I love the oily molten cakes… but every once in a while I like to get that… now the coupon covers two cakes… but the default is one… and I think that is new… not fun when you have two people and one peice of cake! Anyways… long story short… I’ll stick to my Sabatinos…

I am a sucker for advertising. My dad worked in advertising for years and in our family you talk during the show and everyone shuts up and listens intently to the ads. The new Domino’s ads peaked my interest for sure. Following someone in a helicopter to get him to try a pizza? The CEO showing off a smushed pizza? Ad gold. And I wanted to check the hype. I was so super excited to try the new and improved Domino’s. I ordered the $ 5.99 per pie special(minimum two) and waited for my order. The one thing that is so super cool is this tracker they have on their website. You can track your pizza from the prep to the oven to the car and then your door! I had a blast watching the pizza travel quickly through all these steps. Sadly, that was the highlight of my meal. My pizzas arrived in a timely fashion with the correct toppings, but they were undercooked and soggy. The sauce was ok, the toppings we ok, the new garlic powder on the crust was ok… but that’s it, just OK. Supposedly there is a guarantee on their pizza. I ordered online so I sent an email complaining about the state of my pizza, but never got a response. I dropped it at that point. Might try again to see if I could get a better cooked one, but only in a pinch.
