Dominique Jewelry

I went to Dominique Jewelry today to get a clasp fixed on my favorite necklace — not a piece I had bought at Dominique, but a necklace I had bought at a street fair on my birthday 10 years ago, and the clasp had just worn out from constant use.
When I walked in I was astonished that the shopkeeper’s face lit up and she remembered me, even though I don’t think I’ve been there in several years.
Then they went ahead and fixed the clasp — I think it literally took 2 minutes. The cost was $ 10, which was absolutely worth it to me, especially because it was taken care of so quickly, and it’s my favorite necklace and irreplaceable!
And BTW, my parents and I have been going to Dominique for jewelry repairs and occasional fine jewelry purchases since the 90s, and have always had really positive experiences. I was surprised to see no one had reviewed this yet! I’m glad to be the first!
