Like the old saying goes — You get what you pay for.
Yes, Cosmopolitan might cost a wee bit more, especially if you want your stains removed, and a thoroughly clean carpet. But it’s worth every penny.
Sergio worked so hard, was so thorough, and didn’t rush the job. «He did it right».

I could not be happier with Cosmopolitan. Sergio was informative and professional. He completed the job for the price that I was quoted on the phone. There was no extra charges for stain treatment or deoderizing. I highly recommend this company. I will be scheduling a return trip for my sectional. Thanks, Cosmopolitan!

Beyond pleased with the service provided by Cosmopolitan, from the time they picked up the phone to take my appointment through the time that the cleaning technician drove away from my house. They were very professional, friendly and competitively priced!!! I received a confirmation call prior to arrival and knew exactly how much I would be paying before they even started. My carpet had some pretty bad pet stain spots on the stairs and some dingy high traffic areas. Sergio assured me that he could have it looking great, and he definitely delivered. I will gladly recommend you to friends & family and use you when I need carpet cleaning services in the future!

You cannot go wrong with Cosmo. I have used them the past 16 years! Today, Sergio came out to clean my carpets. We have a new dog and he has had 2 accidents on the carpet. Sergio said it’s really not that bad-​but offered the pet treatment as an option. Totally digging the integrity of this company… always have. I also couldn’t print off my coupon-​but they honored the coupon anyway! Score!

After DirtDoctor took 3 weeks to get an appointment only to try and reschedule the day before and when finally showing — saying they can’t do the job because my apartment doesn’t have an outside faucet readily accessible… I called Cosmopolitan at 4:30 pm and they were able to make it happen to have someone here to clean the carpets by 9 am the next morning! Now my new tenants will not have to delay their move in date! Your customer service is very much appreciated!

I found this company through YP. They had a coupon listed. I called and got service right away. Mark, the service man, was prompt and very professional. I am very satisfied with the service. I appreciate the information given to me about other services they provide as well. I will definitely call them the next time.
