This is the worst Cosi I have ever been to. They get my order wrong every single time… not an exaggeration. Just save yourself the headache and get a salad or a sandwich at any of the other little sandwich shops in the area.

I love Cosi and go to various locations all the time(the Crystal City and Courthouse location especially). The crystal city location will sometimes get my lunch order slightly wrong, however, they usually have a line out the door during lunch so I attribute it to just being very busy. The few times that I’ve been to this Virginia Square location, they have always disappointed me. There have been times where they’ve got my order wrong, not once, not twice, but three times in a row. They also completely jip customers on the filling of squaggels. This place really pisses me off. There is never more than one or two people in this place. Get. The. Order. Right.

The worst Cosi(of many) that I have been to & it’s not close. You order soup, they give you a fork. You want ranch? You get bleu cheese. Staff is rude, pays no attention to what you order. Should I go on?

Typical sandwich shop. Food is decent, but it’s basically like a Panera. I didn’t really see anything that was particularly great about this place, but I did see that they have pizza on their menu. I love pizza and would like to come back and give it a try.

Worst Cosi I have ever been to. They consistently get my order wrong and are EXTREMELY slow. Today, I ordered a TBM melt and it was a sandwich with chicken, tomato, and cheese… no spread, basil, and it was cold. My boyfriend got a salad that had almost no toppings on it at all. And we were the only customers in the store. We also asked for extra bread(and paid for it) and did not get it. My coworkers regularly go to this Cosi too and always complain that their order is wrong. Worst customer service and food I have ever experienced.

I had not been to a Cosi in a few years and stopped at this one in Arlington. I was actually impressed by the quality of the food and the diverse menu which I did not remember them having. I had a «Pick Two» half a pizza and a salad and they were both perfect size for lunch. Overall the experience was better than I thought it would be and I actually would look forward to going back for lunch again.

Fair to poor service. Average food, moderately priced for what it is. Stopped here only because I was walking by it when I realized I needed something eat fairly quickly. I wouldn’t recommended actually coming here otherwise.

Went to Cosi because I thought it would be faster than going to the store and cooking breakfast, but it looks like they were out to prove me wrong. It took 20 minutes to get a steak & egg wrap. When I asked the manager of it usually takes this long, he said they had to cook the egg whites… I cook eggs almost every morning and it’s never taken close to 20 minutes to cook. I think the real reason it took so long was because they forgot my order, since 4 people behind me got their food before me. In the end the wrap looked like a 5 year old put it together and the customer service was bad(the manager didn’t own up to the mistake and had nothing to say — maybe offer to refresh my coffee that got cold?).

I love Cosi’s food! I go there in the morning and lunch about 20 times a month. I won’t go to this location because of the lousy service. It used to be good but that was years ago when Christine managed this location. I must say the counter person in the morning is the lousiest worker ever. He’s useless and has been there a couple months-how hard could it be. He was working with a cast on his arm and always gets the order wrong. He’s always telling me the system is down and I can’t use my Cosi card! Please adjust the poor service! Oh yeah there must be s napkin shortage because you always have to ask for some! My 3 – 4 hundred a month business can go elsewhere!

Came at 7:30 am on a Saturday morning. There were few customers but the person at the counter was slow in getting food out. I ordered the steak and egg wrap because I wanted something fast and light. The steak wasn’t chewy and didn’t have the best texture. I looked at the wrap(instead of outside the window) and noticed that it was pink. Not a medium rare pink but more of a rare pink. I know it’s beef but it should be cooked more than that. I only had 1 – 2 bites left so I just ate it but I won’t be ordering meat dishes here again. Hopefully it doesn’t do anything weird to my stomach. I am giving two stars for the amount of seating that they have available. That is a plus.

Not sure what’s up with the negative reviews here. Seemed about on-par with Panera. Had to wait a few minutes for my food, no big deal. The spinach artichoke dip was surprisingly good, as was the smart fit salad and tomato soup. The club sandwich was about what I expected. Service was good, the guy had good recommendations when I couldn’t decide what I wanted.

I’m a fan of their bread, it is so good. What I’m not a fan of is waiting 40 minutes for carryout.

Nice looking place but it took a really long time to get my oatmeal. The cashier seemed a little out of it. I mean, very nice, but kind of not all there. However, the other guy who turned me on to the oatmeal bar was awesome. The place is clean but I also don’t like how the menu is on the wall right when you walk in the door and then the place to order is well inside the restaurant. In one sense, it helps force you to make up your mind before you step up to order, which is a good thing but it would be nice to be able to see it while you’re waiting to place your order. Also they didn’t have a water jug sitting out. #ArlingtonProblems

Only a few true healthy options. Im not a fan of this type of restaurant that offer healthy looking lunch options, but when you see the nutrition facts it has much more calories and sodium than you think. Pretty similar to Panera.

I love Cosi sandwiches and salads. The whole grain flat bread is very good. My favorites are the Turkey Light sandwich and the Signature salad.

Best service ever! The cute white manager is so friendly and helpful. He should teach others at other cosis(ballston and others) to have a store like his.

I stand by this being one of the worst Cosis I’ve been in. The service is almost always unfriendly and slow, though no one is ever in it. The food is the same as any other Cosi, so I go when I’m at my brother’s a block away and need a quick salad, Everytime I ask myself why.

I’m from Va Beach & we don’t have Cosi restaurants here. So, apparently I enjoy Cosi more than the locals who seem to view Cosi as a fast food restaurant. I definitely wouldn’t put Cosi in the same category as McDonald’s, but it’s not gourmet either. I guess it’s similar to Panera, but better. I really enjoy their whole wheat flatbread as a side or as the crust on one of their pizzas. I also REALLY liked their hummus & veggie appetizer/meal(from their«lighter side» menu). And their Chai tea was delicious as well. The two men at the cash register were very friendly & helpful. Cosi is a great place to pick up a good quick meal at a reasonable price.
