Very disappointed. Had a special order made — which was late and of poor quality. additionally no discount or 1 free bud or anything was given for the delay — Poor customer service

Epic Fail — Valentines Day I felt the need to warn prospective customers that this Florist really left me dissatisfied. I ordered my girlfriend a nice locally available arrangement and paid for the Valentines Day delivery fee, which was like $ 17. I placed my order well in advance and was shocked to learn that the flowers were delivered TODAY — two days before Valentines Day. Not only did I feel cheated, but the premature arrival ruined my planned surprise. I had been pretending to be too busy and worked to give my girlfriend the impression that I had forgotten this hallmark day. It is ridiculous to charge someone a fee for delivery on a specific and certain date — and then deliver the item early. Moreover, I chose this florist because it was two blocks from her apartment. Making it very convenient to actually have the freshest flowers delivered on the right day. From the picture she sent, I believe the flowers look nice. But, her actual valentines experience is certainly ruined. There’s also no surprise left — and she loves surprises. She’s not going to feel the excitement of getting flowers on Valentines Day — indeed, I think now I have to get her something else so that she can at least receive some gift on the actual date. So buyer beware — this Florist does not understand the obligations of service. They seem to want to take shortcuts, at least in so far as delivery. If that is the case, it brings into question the integrity of their arrangements. If they cut corners on something as important as delivery, what’s to prevent them from cutting corners on the flowers themselves. It speaks to a pattern or nonchalant careless business practice. Maybe, another customer might get 11 roses for the dozen they order. The possibilities are endless. But, the message is clear — the Valentines Day Experience is not important to this florist. I reached out to see if they would try and resolve my issue — maybe refund the delivery fee or give me some option for another delivery on Valentines Day. We’ll see if this company responds. For now — be warned, you might not get the delivery date you pay for. I’ll update when and IF I hear back. If, not — take it as they also fail in customer service.

Good location for those of us with restricted access and have a hard time slipping away. Great options for Pentagon deliveries!

I realize that the public doesn’t have access to this location, but if my experience is repeated at other locations I’d definitely shop somewhere else. They’ve lost my order twice and both times were very rude to me about it! Like it was somehow my fault you misplaced the order? There’s enough competition out there that you don’t need Conkyln’s poor customer service.
