So happy to see this place under NEW MANAGEMENT!!!
Quick, efficient, and friendly service. I took in 2 pairs of shoes on a Monday and they were done next day.
The staff was courteous and helpful. My shoes looked like new. They came back polished and clean. I only wanted the heels repaired, but they actually fixed a part of one shoe’s insole and it was still the same price.
Since I work in the same building the cobbler told me that now they have pick up and drop off service. Also he told me that I can just send him picture of any leather goods that needs repair and he will give me an estimate over the phone. Very cool.
I will certainly be bringing my other shoes here.
