It’s Cici’s.
This is my favorite location because of the staff. The managers that work this one are very friendly and engaging. It always starts my lunch out nicely because they’re always so polite.
No complaints here. Except. The clientele can be a little crappy from time to time. I get that it’s not exactly the restaurant’s fault, but it’s happened so often that by now I feel the managers AND regular staff should be on top of addressing poorly behaving customers. I’m not even talking about little kids. The bad experiences I’ve had here were because of teenagers or adults not minding their surroundings and acting loud and obnoxious throwing around curse words and racial slurs in the presence of children.
Food’s ok tho. If you’re hankerin for all you can eat pizza be sure to check this place out.

I took my 2 nieces and nephews here last night. The manager took my order and told me if I needed him to let him know. The kids loved the food, especially the brownies. As I was getting my salad the manager asked if I would like some cheese for my salad. Great customer service and when my nephew lost money in one of the machines, the manager took care of him. We will go back!

This location of Cici’s is very nice. It’s clean and the staff is polite, courteous, and willing to help. The food is relatively inexpensive and still tastes good for it’s price. There are games for the children as well as tvs to provide something for the parents to watch. As with any buffet, you should pay attention to what other guests may do near the food, but I would still rank this high among buffet crowds. The only suggestion I have is to attempt to get your food when it is fresh out the oven. The time it had been sitting out does make a difference.

We all know you get what you pay for, but this place was horrible. The pizza was disgusting, the selection sucked, AND the salad had knats flying in it!!! Disgusted. The bathrooms were not taken care of, and the services did not seem to care about the knats. I will never come here again!

My family and I have been eating at this particular CiCi’s for years. We love it here. Food is absolutely great at a unbeatable price. Staff here is always friendly. If you live near by or your in town I highly recommend eating at this pizza buffet.

Always great service & lots of pizza & desserts to pick from! The tables are always clean and they always say hi and bye to you whenever you’re coming and going. I haven’t been in awhile but hopefully I will have the opportunity to go again soon!

Customer service here is great. Never have they had my custom ordered pizza wrong and im always happy with the amount of ingredients they put in each pizza here. they have salad and pasta for the buffet as well. i dont really eat desserts so i cant say much about it… 5 dollar buffet with drink was a good special while it lasted this summer.

This is by far the BEST Cici’s Pizza in the metroplex. I’ve been eating here for years yet the customer service has never dropped. When I do carryout, management always offers me a drink while I wait for the pizza. They’ve made the wrong pizza for me more than once but have always made up for it by giving me the correct pizza along with the incorrect pizza and sometimes free breadsticks. As long as the customer service stays the same, I will stay loyal to this Cici’s Pizza.
