Church’s Chicken

Very very HORRIBLE. The chicken wasn’t fresh!
I spent $ 30.00. The macaroni was old. And had bits of burnt parts in it. The top looked fresh and ¾ of the foam container was just all bad and old, & burnt.
They sweet tea was like if I was drinking water. Not sweet not did it taste like tea!
I went threw the drive threw and I have to say. This wasn’t impressing. I could only start to think what’s the lobby looking like. It looked very very messy from the window.
They black young lady wasn’t at all friendly not rude. Just told me my total and have me the food. Not even a napkin. I guess that place is saving a lot of paper good not giving out what normally you get threw the drive thru.
By all means. Pass this place up. If u want chicken. Go to Lisa’s Chicken. Better, fresher, cheaper, and most definitely friendlier.

I was craving barbeque and the hubbs had a dream that morning about churches so guess who won? I did not like this churches, I’m trying to be unbiased since it’s not what I wanted but this store was dirty, and they don’t have a bathroom. That’s right, NO WAY TO WASH YOUR HANDS!!! And believe me after walking in you are going to want to wash your hands.
The spicy chicken tenders were ok, I like the chicken, it’s always the same which I appreciate. The mac and cheese looked and tasted like it’s been sitting there all day. The employees seemed unengaged, and I guess that’s ok, I really shouldn’t expect too much. Overall this was just a blah experience, and since I’m never in that area I have no reason to go back so I guess there’s a plus.

The employees at this Church’s know how to fry their chicken because it always tastes so good here. They occasionally have specials, so you can purchase a box of chicken for fairly cheap. However, I don’t recommend the chicken tenders, only the legs and thighs. The tenders tend to be dry and Church’s does not come with gravy dipping sauce.
I love how Church’s allows you to have spicy or regular chicken. My boyfriend and I usually get half and half (they let you do that for free), since I like the regular and he likes the spicy. The chicken pieces are larger compared to KFC, which is a plus. The employees are also very friendly here and try their best to work as quickly as possible.
The location is shady, but there’s plenty of parking in the vicinity. I also don’t recommend parking in front of the store because there’s not enough room for you to reverse out easily.
