Chicken Express

Great location, food was great as usual .
Located next to Arlington airport easy walk from FBO.

I like this chicken express. The staff has always been good to me and I’ve never had a bad experience with the food.
The first time I came into the location, it was easy to find parking and there is plenty of seating for busy and non busy times.
I ordered the number 1 for about 8 bucks and received a large drink, two rolls, a side dish, and 4 tenders. The chicken has always been hot and fresh and I love to use the Serendipity spicy Seasoning. That stuff is magical. I bought the large version so that I can season my own food when I BBQ at home. It makes a fantastic addition to any dry rub.
Other than the chicken, the rolls and my sides have always tasted hot and just out of the oven/​fryer. There have been times when I’ve gone to other chicken expresses and its just been disgusting how stale and cold it tastes. These guys have NEVER failed me.
I can’t give it 5 stars because I wouldn’t say it’s a five star experience (I mean it’s chicken express) but as far as fast food goes, this place is great!

I can’t say it is a good fast food restaurant in town. The fried fish is terrible, and the iced tea is no favor. Won’t come back

I rather eat KFC and I despise KFC. First time here and everything (chicken and mac and cheese) was bland. The cheese sticks were hard to bite into because the cheese was not melted at all.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a #1 and #2 with a lemonade. They only gave me 5 pieces in it was suppose to be 7 pieces. The lemonade was terrible and watered down, I had to mix a flavor pack just to get some flavor. It’s sad that I spent $ 18 for this crap… never again will chicken express get my business again.

Crazy. How I pull up and order. I’m told it’s a 20 min wait to come back and say it’s a 25 min wait. Like why lie just say we close and 20 min this is what we have at the moment. Ugh after dealing with a long Halloween night. I should have drove my ass to Golden Chic. And then you gonna make pay full price when you lied from jump. That’s what happens when you let kids run you Business!!! Never again. All

Service here always puts me in a good mood, as the employees always try hard to put a smile on your face. Overall, very consistent food that never disappoints me. I came here a few times and got stuck behind people in the drive-​thru who order a lot of stuff. Every time this happened, a staff member would come out and bring the food to my car so that I wouldn’t have to wait until I came up to the window.
There’s several fast food options in this corner, but I usually go here or the Sonic next door because those are the two locations with the friendliest employees. Food is also great!

The quality and service is slipping lately… hate to say that because this is one of my favorite lunch stops. The good news is that there are new ones popping up all over so …

Always great service here! Their corn nuggets are my favorite, along with their biscuits and rolls. Highly recommend!

I should’ve just drove to cooper for Golden chick instead of being lazy and going here thinking it’ll suffice.
Gizzards completely overcooked, was hard as cardboard. We ordered 9 and didn’t even eat any…
Everything else was whatever. Only thing good was fries and corn nuggets. Never coming here again.

Always great service and great food! My choir stopped to eat here on our way back from a field trip last school year and the workers kept offering to refill our drinks and asking if we needed anything.

Great service at this location. Always friendly and quick. No complaints.
