Chase Bank

I’m not a very happy customer!!! I didn’t use the ATM because of the amount of cash I needed to deposit. Frankly ATM do eat the money, it’s happened before so I’m not comfortable using one for this purpose. So I use the drive up… I’ve always sent my Debit card, DL, and cash/​check and it gets deposited no problem. Today I get asked what I want to do. I say deposit. & I get a «ok I’ll send a deposit slip» WHAT!?! Ok whatever I’ll fill it out myself… Witch is what I wanted to avoid… Then at the end the teller tells me. Ever tried using an ATM it’s easy, all you need is your debit card, and you can maybe won $ 200 if you register online… It’s 2015 I’m sure I know what an ATM is. I’m very bothered. But I let it go… The I check my receipt… Needless to say I will not be returning to that branch!!!
