Honestly, even though I kinda hate to admit it, the customer service is lacking a bit. Amy is great, and it has nothing to do with her skills or service but she’s just undermanned. The entire time we were there, she juggled in between assisting customers w/repairing phones while also selling new phone service(not too fair). However, all the while, her demeanor did not change one bit in that stressful situation. I’ll go back as long as she’s there…
