Babies R Us

Very impressed with this store. Despite the location its very clean well kept and the customer service is awesome and someone is always around the corner to help. (which really helps when your 6 months pregnant)

I do really like the customer service here. I go here often, especially with 2 kids and another one on the way. I love it when they have their sales on diapers… sometimes if you get the sale, use a manufacturer coupon and sometimes the sale allows you to use their coupon, the pampers diapers ends up 16 cents a piece! It’s been a while since I’ve been able to do that, but it is pretty awesome when I can.
The only downside I see is that they are out of the things I want a lot. I wanted a specific car seat… and they were out. They were helpful in finding a location with one or ordering it online and having it sent to me for free, but I really rather see and feel the car seat in person rather than everything online.
I wish they had more a variety of bottle bags or totes also, but that’s not their fault. But again I recommend going to this babies r us over any other just because of customer service alone!

So Babies R Us is pretty standard — but the staff at this site really go above and beyond. I was visiting from out of town to host a baby shower and Casey made sure that I had items that aren’t normally in store — and i didnt have to pay until I arrived — a WEEK later! Thanks CASEY!
