I have been very happy with the treatment I have received here. When I started coming to Arlington Physical Therapy, I had been suffering from back pain that made my skin feel like it was on fire and most days prevented me from being able to extend my arms fully without shooting pains into my fingers. I started having constant numbness and tingling in my fingers, and headaches that wouldn’t go away for days. I was receiving PT through my work, which was not helping, so I asked my doctor for a referral. All I can say is thank goodness for the people at Arlington Physical Therapy. It’s been at least a couple of weeks now that I have been able to fully extend my arms and fingers, and I can do normal things around the house(like hang ornaments at the top of my Christmas tree!) without pain. The other reviewer is right – this place gets CRAZY busy sometimes and you do feel sort of bad for the folks jumping between timers – but I have never felt neglected. Any time I have spoken up to say I am having a rough day or that a specific area is really hurting, I have gotten the attention required. I have also noticed when things are less busy I get more conversation, but no more attention, meaning I feel I am getting the same level of actual physical care that I would get regardless of their patient load. The receptionist, Judy, is always super friendly and has remembered things that I say off-hand and brings them up weeks later to see how things are going. Linda, Martha, and Jane are also very personable and at least one of them will really get me laughing every appointment. I am a pretty introverted and awkward person, so it means a lot to me that I feel so welcome here. The best and worst part about Arlington Physical Therapy is that I am getting better pretty quickly! I will be very happy when I am regularly pain-free and can stop making appointments… but I will also miss the wonderful people who work there!
