It took 30 minutes for the lady to fess up that they only had 3 kinds of paper in the whole shop after I had to pull teeth to get her to bring them out to show me. This despite the fact that I told her on the phone and first thing when I walked in that I wanted Linen for the resume and Semi gloss cardstock for the portfolio. Among the many excuses she gave me was that«they didn’t have room to store to keep many different kinds of paper» I left for Fedex, which had every paper imaginable and took care of my job in less time than it took her to fess up that they couldn’t do what I needed, and for less money as well!

**They will not print Wedding Invitations*** We contacted this AlphaGrahics location to get about 70 wedding invitations printed and cut. We called in beforehand to insure that they could do the job, submitted the art, and made sure they would be able to print on the paper we provided. In our initial call we were told that they could do this with no problems. I drove in and dropped off the paper same day(on a Friday), and the lady at the desk seemed excited to help and took the paper and said that it would be done the following week. However on the following Monday they called us back to say that they had a «new company policy» to not print wedding invitations, emphasizing multiple times to «not take it personally». It’s fairly upsetting that this«new policy» went into effect directly after we dropped of our invitations to print. We later contacted the AlpahGraphics Corporate headquarters and we were informed that no such policy was in place but that each location was individually owned and operated and that we were welcome to try another location. We ended up taking them to the AlphaGraphics on Western Center in Ft. Worth and they printed and cut them for us in 2 days, and it was a great experience. Long story short, if you want to get Wedding Invitations printed, don’t go to this location, they won’t do it, and they’ll give you the run around if you try.
