First visit to this practice. VERY impressed with the doctor and entire office. New patient forms online, completed one week prior, so nothing to fill out upon arrival. Office staff was very nice and competent. The nurse took me back five minutes before my appointment and the doctor came in almost immediately. As he performed the examination, he asked me about myself(when was the last time a doctor asked where you were from, what you do for a living, etc.?) and answered all my questions. So refreshing not to wait in the lobby 30 minutes after your appointment time, and then another 15 minutes in the exam room. Even though my entire time in the office was only 32 minutes I never felt as though it was being rushed. It was more competence than anything else.

I have seen Dr Fuchs several times. First for a periodic exam, then for another with scrape biopsy and finally for a complete biopsy. I have found him and his staff to be exceedingly professional, thorough, and practical. Working in a similar profession, I have dealt with many other dermatologists, both as a patient and as a referral and have been delighted to work with and be treated by Arron Fuchs. I will continue to send others to this practice when I can.

I had a cyst develop along my jawline 2 years ago and searched for doctors in my network along with those that good reviews. Dr. Glen Fuchs’s office popped up and from what I read, he sounded like the right guy to visit. I made the appointment, and was told that Dr. Glen was completely booked, but his son, Dr. Aaron Fuchs was available. Since he could fit me in that week, I decided to go through with it. A couple of visits later, had the surgery to remove the cyst. Two days after, the cyst area became inflamed, and white puss was leaking out. I called their office, they told me to come in right away. So technically, the service here is great — i. e no waiting. But when I saw Dr. Aaron, he just shrugged it off, and said everything looked normal. He physically squeezed out the puss with his finger and sent me on the way. Not long after, 1 month maybe, the bump where my cyst was removed had grown back to it’s original size. Flash forward to the present, I saw another dermatologist in Fair Oaks, the Clinical Skin Center, and had them review my cyst. They told me my previous Dr. was terrible essentially, and the whole process of removing the cyst this time was much, MUCH better. Everything from their staff to office cleanliness was 10 times better than Dr. Fuchs. Perhaps he was just inexperienced, or perhaps he just sucked. Either way, I would try to avoid him unless you get his father — who seems way more legit.

Dr Aaron recently joined the practice of his father, Dr Glenn Fuchs. I have seen Dr Aaron two times and have had two good outcomes. He practices at a slightly slower pace than his father. He has a pleasant patient manner, is not condescending, and listens. He is also easier to make an appointment with than his father.
