I went to my brazilian sugaring appointment as a result of a Groupon purchase. The room was quite dirty with hair everywhere and a dirty towel on the bed. I was not offered anything to cover up, which was a little awkward. I was naked from the waist down and exposed to anyone who walked by as the woman entered and exited the room. The waxing jar looked very messy and a made me question whether or not I should go through this experience. I made the woman stop during the visit because it did not feel ok. It turns out she caused me to bleed in various intimate places. I have to visit a doctor now because my vaginal area is irritated, bleeding, and chafed. This experience was HORRENDOUS! I would not recommend anyone visit this salon. A dirty room and an unsanitary looking environment is not one you want to expose your lady bits to. I have zero desires to go back and incur medical expenses for grooming purposes.

I followed Mora from Urban Halo and I’m still impressed with the results. Staff is friendly and accommodating, I’ve been going there since they opened and I’ve never had a negative experience.

Omg!!! I came here for a Brazilian wax from a groupon that I got. When I pulled up I was impressed it was a nice hair studio but the wax threw everything off! The lady, I believe her name was inesha, had no idea what she was doing. She was a complete nightmare. I came for a sugar wax and she had no idea how to do it and said that she never has done one and the regular wax was better. So I decided to just get the regular waxing. She was moving from section to section with so much hair still left saying she would get it later, with tweezers. It hurt like hell she kept going over the same spot multiple times. she was dropping the wax on me placing the sticks on my legs. Smh I had no privacy to take my pants off nor to clean up after. It was the worst wax I ever experienced and I would never go back again!

My stylist Mary just started working here. Great gender neutral vibe… place was crowded so evidently they do good work.

I was in Arlington for a work trip and figured I would give this place a shot given the good reviews I saw.
One of my worst experiences, non professional, bad job. She took smoke breaks «during» my treatment. She waxed one leg, not the other. She didn’t do a great job cleaning off the remaining wax on my skin.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. I purchased a groupon for a Brazilian sugaring. I called to book my appointment I spoke with Sally the waxing technician. First I was unimpressed by the fact that she barely had any appointment times after 5. If you have clients that work nine to five I feel you should offer more appointments after five but I was not that upset about it. I was required to give my groupon voucher number to book my appointment which I thought was strange seeing as I have NEVER had to give a voucher number until I have already received services. So I scheduled my appointment. A family emergency had come up that day and I totally forgot about it. Once I remembered I went to my groupon to retrieve the phone number to reschedule. I looked and noticed that my groupon was marked as used which was shocking to me because I did not make my appointment so I called to reschedule. When I spoke to Sally the waxing technician and ask if I could reschedule and asked why my groupon was marked as used she told me because I did not cancel 24hrs prior that I couldn’t longer use the voucher. This was infuriating because these terms were not stated anywhere on Groupon In the terms. To me it seems like Sally was trying to scam me I had already prepaid for services and so she did not find it necessary to provide good customer service she just wanted my money and came up with some BS terms after the fact. Not sure if she is a good waxing technician but seeing as she is offering discounted waxing services on Groupon I highly doubt clients are knocking her door down. But I can speak on the customer service and say it was horrendous. Luckily groupon fully refunded my money and needless to say A2Z Hair Studio will NEVER see a penny from my purse.

Bright, clean, and inviting salon, and Carolina did a great job cutting and styling my fine hair. Their shampooing chairs are also especially comfy! Will definitely be back.

Cute, clean, and great location. I was a client of Dia at a different salon. I liked her so much I tracked her down at this salon and now drive 20 extra minutes just to see her here. She’s worth it!

I had a fantastic experience with Souad (she is a designer/​co-​owner). I was looking for a soft ombré that would dye my roots back to their natural color and use the light blonde all over color existing in my hair. She expertly blended the perfect color for my roots and the ombré is spectacular. The staff was fantastic and I was a walk in off the street! I love the way my hair looks with the color and the cut! I can’t wait to go back for my next visit!

I have been coming to Carolina, one of the owners, for more than a year now after I moved here from Boston. I come here religiously now… it’s like coming to a friend who will rescue my hair. She is patient. She litsens. She’s practical about what we can/can’t do and helps you figure how to do exactly what you want over time — what more could you ask for?
She found my perfect cut — that I get a million compliments on and I actually had professional corporate headshots taken as well. Did I mention that she exactly replicated my perfect color match from my last Boston stylist — something that took me years to do – she did it in one session. I’m hooked. So I have been coming here since it was Angel’s and still come here now that it’s gorgeous and amazing inside as A2Z. The transformation is incredible… everyone is smiling and happy and the salon looks beautiful. What I’m most impressed with is the quality and professionalism of the cuts and color and the diverse needs of the clients that the serve. The other owner and her cadre of stylists seems to have brought their customers with them — they seem just as loyal to their stylists as I am with Carolina.

I have been coming here for 2 months. And thanks to Tamia, my hair has gone from lifeless and fine to having body and movement. Tamia is the only stylist who has ever taken the time to give my hair a chance without encouraging me to get extensions. I also love that she listens to what I want and never trims my ends too much; so I can retain some of my length.
Everyone in the salon is helpful and friendly. And from what I see, they are all talented colorist. I would recommend this salon to anyone not only looking for a great style but healthy hair as well.
