Before Christmas I brought a top to have cleaned and saw that Soon was wearing a coat and gloves. She said her heat was being fixed in two days. I live nearby and walked back with a barely-used 1500 watt spaceheater. When I picked up the sweater days later the spaceheater was running and she did not charge me the $7 for the cleaning. I thought it was in appreciation. I felt bad to see her wearing a coat and asked if she was using it to which she replied “yes”. Over the next month I brought two more sweaters which she did not charge. The next time she charged me. She would make me wait a week each time. Always I would ask if she was still using the heater. Out of kindness I let her continue using the heater as she was wearing a coat. I have given her my cell phone number twice and rec’d no calls. I came in to pick it up last week and her son said it was at another shop. When I saw Soon Saturday she said she didn’t charge $7 for the three sweaters so she paid for it. How dishonest. Note I only had one sweater to be cleaned at $7 when I brought the heater and we never discussed her “buying” it. Have they used it six days a week for months and it isn’t working? They keep putting me off. How dishonest!
